The movie was good and I like the table aspect of the place instead of just trays, but we had to change our seats cause when my friend bought the tickets online she selected the reclining chairs, only they didn't recline. They didn't lean back at all either, so we had to go to the woman in the front desk and change seats to the one with the table, because those seats actually leave you back versus the ones with the trays that didn't do anything. The service at the beginning was great from the waitress, but as the movie went on I ended up waiting 40 minutes for a refill from three different people. My friend waited 20 minutes for a straw and we didn't start off with any kinds of utensils. One of my mini burgers was completely burnt and there was too much sauce on her cheesecake. I don't plan on coming here again since the one in Plano and Carrollton does it so much better, but it if you have nowhere else to go I wouldn't say this is the absolute worst place to go.

Worst movie experience ever!!!!!  When you walked into the Studio Movie Grill it smelled like a restroom.  Thank goodness I wasn't eating there.   The theater was a huge disappointment.  The seats were only old "office chairs" pulled up to a table or a bar.  I felt like I was at work.  The theater was not stacked so there was constant server interruption and people in front of us were tall and we couldn't see the film.  It was the most uncomfortable experience I have ever had.   I will not go to this theater again.

Absolutely terrible experience, from the service to the food. They wouldn’t let us into our theater until less than 5 minutes before the movie was supposed to start. We ordered right away but it took about 20 minutes to get our drinks and then far over an hour to get our food. Many were still being served 5 minutes before the end of the movie! Absolutely terrible. I will stick with my Plano location from now on where it’s beautifully renovated and has amazing service. I recommend you all do the same. At least the movie was excellent.

We watched Star Wars here. Not a 3D movie though. As the name says, the theatre comes with the option for dining inside. However, it is totally optional. We did not order for any food and it was perfectly alright. The seats were comfortable and the screen was good too. Sound system was also quite impressive. I liked the theatre a lot. Planning to go there again, to watch Jumanji. :)

The concept is amazing, and pretty genius. I love the idea of eating good food while watching a movie. When we first went there, to a location in Louisville, we bought our tickets there. However buying our tickets online was much better, as when the employees asked for my ticket, they just scanned something on my phone, and that was it. Definitely one of my best movie experiences.
