I have to admit that I was impressed with the service! The food was delivered fresh and hot and the drinks were definitely on point. The servers were very courteous and professional. The seats and movie theater were clean and comfortable with adequate room to walk thru and stretch, and a tray with a service button is attached to your seat for service. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the bathroom; most of the stalls were not clean, could have been a WHOLE lot better. I would like to add I enjoyed the movie as well:)

I have recently attended this movie theater with my friend for the first time. It was a Sunday night and we went to go see 47 meters down. The theater was really nice. It is big, spacious, and comfortable. I enjoyed the arrangement of it. The only downside to it was we ordered our food the moment the movie started. We were both really hungry so we were hoping it would be a slightly speedy process, as the movie theater was not that full. Our server wrote down our order and disappeared. During the movie, servers continued to come up to us with other food that was not ours at all. They said sorry and left. Around more than halfway through the movie we did not get our food, at all. My friend just canceled the order. The server said sorry and she said she was speaking to her manager. She seemed a bit stressed out. On our way out we were going up the escalator and it just stopped but it could be because they were possibly closing. The theater itself seems really cool and the concept but the service was really bad in my opinion.

Comfy seats, you reserve seats when you buy your tickets, great food & drinks, and daily specials...my only negative is that the popcorn was old and cold. When my husband asked for a fresh batch, 15 minutes later they brought out another basket that was cold and old. We rarely go to the movies, but when we do we look forward to a good popcorn and soda, so that was disappointing. But other than that everything is great when we go! And you can find Groupons pretty frequently for $5, so check before you go!

The studio movie grill was absolutely wonderful! Best experience my boyfriend and I have ever had at a theater hands down. We couldn't believe how great the prices were not only on the tickets but the food as well. ($8/adult ticket & an appetizer and 2 entrees for $25) The staff was excellent!!! Extremely friendly and worked their butts off running around to make sure everyone was taken care of as quickly as possible. Our movie and meal were wonderful to enjoy while relaxing in their comfy chairs. If we're ever back in the area you can bet we'll be going back to The Studio Movie Grill! 😁😁🎬

Every time we go here it gets worse. Always at least one thing wrong with our order, and then have a very difficult time getting anyone to fix it. Staff is friendly at first but once the movie starts they are hard to get back. Some food comes out so fast that I'm sure it was already made, like the pretzel bites, and then other things take a really long time. Last timw, my side order was incorrect. Had to ask 3 different people to correct it, and one was going to charge me extra! Finally came and it was ice cold! Also had to ask 3 times for a drink refill, which finally came at the end of the movie. The women's restroom was filthy, both before and after the movie. Wet toilet seats, plugged toilets, many rolls of toilet paper strewn all over but none in the actual dispensers, and I'm pretty sure there was fecal matter spread around my stall walls. Before the movie I pushed the service button in the bathroom for someone to clean up, but it was even worse after my movie.
