My husband and I had been in Sturbridge and were on our way to Cape Cod.  On the way to breakfast, we had a small mishap with a curb that required immediate attention.  Luckily, while driving around this area the previous day I had noticed this Body Shop not far from where we were staying.  
     After our mishap we immediately drove to the shop and the receptionist assured us that it could be fixed shortly.  Since the mechanic was busy, she advised us to go eat and come back in a little while.
     As soon as we returned, the car was taken into the shop and repaired within a half hour.  The mechanic also informed us about some other work that he thought should be done shortly for our own safety.  I completely trusted his assessment since he knew that we were traveling and would not be using his shop for these services.  
     Since we are from New York City we had no idea what these services would cost.  When the receptionist gave us the bill we were pleasantly surprised by how reasonable it was.
     Whether you live in the area or not, I would certainly recommend this business!

Got a flat tire on the mass pike, the first guy the state police sent said he couldn't get the spare tire out from under the car so he called a towing company. This was Sturbridge auto body who really saved me. The tow guy when realizing I didn't really need a tow just my tire replaced. offered to fix it for free right there and not charge me for the tow and such. Super cool guy, great company. 10/10 experience. really saved me.

My car was rear ended and I took it here. They did an excellent job and when I got my car back it was cleaned and looked better than it had in years. The paint job was excellent as well. It perfectly matched and you can't even tell my car was in an accident. 4 months and a harsh winter later and it still looks great. The repairs took awhile longer than initially quoted, however, this was because the insurance company would only pay for an after market replacement bumper and they arrived damaged. Sturbridge Auto Body wouldn't put on a damaged bumper so kept sending them back and eventually convinced the insurance company to pay for a brand new bumper. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing body work done on their car.

Had my car towed here...no work to be done...just to hold. Was fine on Saturday night...this morning...NO breaks. The break line got snapped. They insisted it was not their fault...though told me they had a similar situation with a timing belt going. So...somehow between Saturday being towed...and Tuesday morning and NO one driving it...the breaks are gone and no break fluid. Thanks guys!
I do NOT want to dismiss the fact that they took a day and a half off my storage fee...because that was REALLY nice of them...but made me VERY skeptical after seeing the break situation.  Thank you for the break on the storage...I do mean that...but I truely hope to never need to be there again.

I was in an accident and hit from behind
had Sturbridge Auto body do the repairs and paint
job on my car was very afficent.  Job was excillent
paint matched to a T...  When car was returned it was
I was exstremely happy with the work that was done on
