Great people and great experience. I brought a bike in on a busy day and they got right on it. We also rented some mountain bikes while there and the crew got us set up and fitted quickly. They recommended some trails for us and hooked us up with spare tubes and puncture kits. I'd definitely be back if it were my local shop.

Great people! Just needed to rent a helmet and they were cool and didn't make you feel like that was dumb to just rent a helmet.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at Sturtevants. Maria was a fantastic help finding the right hiking shoes for me, and some clothing items. I love the options at this store and the 100% cotton. I felt at "home" and comfortable while shopping. I plan to return before I leave Ketchum.

Wow, not impressed with the customer service over the phone. Asked about the $35.00 tickets for Baldy and the lady was rude and not helpful at all. I'm coming from out of town and wanted to see how I could pay for the tickets in advance. The lady said to me "well you can't pay cash over the phone" in a sarcastic tone. Fine, I'll take my business elsewhere.
