I have been going to Erica now for year's since finding a stylist in humble.  I'm very pleased with my service and my hair. I have short hair so I have to go to the salon every week and I'm in and out in a timely manner and I love it. My hair use to break a lot but since I been going to Erica it's healthy as ever. When I have to rearrange my schedule she works with me. Erica is professional and a great stylist. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have been a customer of Ericka's for around 6 years now. My mother and daughter are also clients. Every week I leave the salon looking fabulous, and I'm always receiving compliments on my hair. Whether long or short styled, natural or otherwise, you won't leave disappointed! Highly recommended...

Horrible customer service experience at StylesbyEricka. 
I contacted Ericka and made an appointment with her for the next day at 1 p.m. When I walked in and sat in the waiting area, neither Ericka nor the other stylist, who was sitting in a chair on her phone, spoke or even inquired about why I was there. I then realized that Ericka was working on another client's hair. Now I'm very understanding and realize that sometimes one appointment may run into another appointment. However, there was another person there waiting to get there hair done by Ericka also. I don't know what time their appointment was, but Ericka worked on her next. When Ericka saw me waiting in the sitting area, she had a confused expression on her face as to why I was there. When I told her why I was there, she told me she would get to me next. By this time, it was about 1:30 p.m. She gave me the impression that it wasn't going to take long because she just had to put some braids in someones hair, but after 30 minutes had passed, I couldn't allow myself to keep waiting. I called another salon to see if they could do what I wanted to achieve and they were extremely polite and professional. I was receiving better customer service with the person on the phone than I was getting at the salon I was at! I was really disappointed because I was really excited to get my hair done, only to be treated like my business wasn't valued and to see that I was forgotten. She didn't even apologize or give an explanation as to why she was running behind, but like I said, I don't even think she remembered that we had an appointment.

Ericka is very professional, considerate of wait time, and does an Awesome Job with my hair. I  highly recommend her to anyone!

My mom moved to the Houston/ Humble area and needed a stylist quickly. Not only did Ericka of Styles by Ericka answer the call, she was able to tend to my mom's hair needs, she did this in an expedited fashion and my mom loves it! Thanks Ericka!
