We are the recent winners of Cake Wars, How To Train Your Dragon episode!

Story

We bake all of our cakes from scratch and to order, and whip up the best buttercreams and other icings and fillings with fresh ingredients and local products. We pride ourselves in our ability to work with our customers one on one throughout every step of the ordering process to create a truly marvelous cake centerpiece for any event, and we stand behind our finished product. You dream it, we bake it!

I love these cupcakes. I wish though that they had more for sale in their shop to enjoy, like espresso, reptiles or mojitos. Pictures of cakes resembling these things is close enough I guess.

They did the cakes for our wedding shower and our wedding reception. Wiley is amazing at making designs come to life. He exceeded our expectations on both cakes in both design and flavor. Best cakes around.

We had Sublime make cupcakes for my daughter's wedding. We could not have been happier with the results! The cupcakes were delicious! We chose 6 different flavors, and each one was fabulous - both in taste and in appearance! Many of our guests commented on how wonderful they were!! The staff at Sublime was also friendly, helpful, and professional to work with. They were flexible in setting up our cupcake display, using the platters and stands we had ready, even though they offer to use their own if needed. We highly recommend them!!!!

This is the BEST cake design and cupcakery place in Redding...Hands down!! They have the BEST tasting cakes and cupcaks, ever! And the staff is awesome! I'll never go anywhere else for my cakes. SUBLIME rocks!!!

This place is not worth my money I could have probably gotten a better cake at Walmart before I purchase the cake I have asked two people when it was made and they danced around the question they have assured me that the cake was made basically few days ago and it was going to be so moist and full of flavor but one bite in to the cake it was so dry and not full of flavor at all it was so disappointed all I have to say is save your money and your time
