Took this trip once, very poor trip experience. I thought it would be quick and cheap, but it was not worth the trouble I had to go through. I tried bringing the issue up with the customer representative, but was highly unsuccessful. 
1) Don't expect to be able to speak to their customer representative. 
2) Don't expect much help at all.

"Under law, access to transportation must not be based on person's race or national origin", this company doesn't follow the law. Racist operators and owner. Even their apology isn't an apology. I would not take this bus if you appreciate your self value.

Racist, fond of attacking their own customers, and for Gods sake why the insistence on paper tickets when they should realize students have to pay for printing and bar codes on phones work just fine for everyone else? Peoria is the way to go, I hope Suburban gets shut down.

Why there is is ZERO star I can give? Horrible service, never on time, racism. Never buy ticket from this company. Or you will regret.

left early and arrived more than half an hour late. Almost cost our flight. (dare not to say more, because the company will sue me at a county that is far and coincidentally not covered by the university's legal service (they did it to other students before))
