We are a contractor and have been working with Suburban Insurance for 4 years.   I cannot say enough good things about this company.  The staff is always professional and pleasant to deal with.  Anytime we have any questions regarding COI's for new projects or potential claims, they are always very responsive and helpful.

When I first met with Dave, he did a thorough analysis of our business to insure that we had the right coverage and procedures in place to protect our business.

We look forward to our continued relationship with Suburban Insurance.

We have been working with Dave at Suburban Insurance for over 6 years and he has always worked hard to get the best policies for both our business (Machine Shop) and residential needs (House & Auto). He is very easy to work with and makes the process simple.  I would highly recommend there services.

Dave Slocum and Suburban Insurance is by far the best when it comes to business insurance.  My company has had multiple insurance companies through the years, and there is nothing that comes close to my experience with Suburban insurance.  Dave and his team are extremely knowledgeable in their field, they are prompt in all requests, and they truly care about my business.  

I have a very hard time writing reviews and referring companies because I am worried about their follow through, but I refer Suburban Insurance all the time because their service is unlike anything I have ever seen from an insurance agency before.  They have worked with a number of my friends and colleagues, and everyone thanks me for the referral because SIA provided an experience unlike anyone else before.

I will never change insurance agency's again because Dave and his team are simply the best.  It is a great feeling knowing that I have this company looking after me and my business for my insurance needs.
