I recently bought a beautiful bouquet of flowers in a vase from Suburban Floral and my wife loved them. They lasted about two weeks and made the house fill homey. That was the best anniversary gift I have ever bought.

Put in an order a week ago for flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day between 3 and 4. It is now Valentine's Day So the guy calls me at 11:30 am telling me he is delivering them now. I said how can you deliver them now when nobody is there?? He said well it would be more convenient for them to deliver it right away. Then said fine I'll do it at 3. They knew for a week it was supposed to be delivered between 3 and 4! It is 4:48 pm and haven't heard from him since and no flowers have been delivered and they close in 12 minutes. Unreliable service with rude employees!

We went to Suburban hoping to talk with someone about landscaping for our house. David was wonderful he worked with us on what would look good with our ranch house. He gave us idea's, suggestions and made the experience fun. Then the staff all made sure we were comfortable with how to do the planting. Thanks for putting the customer first.

Our school was having an open house and we wanted to cheer the place up. The flowers we got from Suburban were delightful. We have several comments from parents as well. They even came in and picked up the vases. I'm going to push for Suburban for our next event.
