Took a long time to get our order. However, they were shorthanded - there was only one person manning the counter. So I don't blame her for the slowness. I would recommend that the location hire more help.

Need more employees. Several customers walking out, too long of wait. Only one employee ultra slow. Hire more people and you will have more business.

Management needs to tell these people to have their conversations AFTER they've served their customers. The literally kept stopping what they were doing to chit chat. The only good thing about the service here was that at least they were somewhat friendly. I had to tell the guy 3 times what two sandwiches I wanted, and then after he pulled them out of the oven (and then waited for the woman to finish her conversation), he suddenly remembered what the second sandwich was and had to throw some bacon back in the oven to heat it up, while the sandwich was getting cold. My boss, who sent me over there wanted either soup or apples for his side. Unfortunately, they don't appear to sell soup, so I asked for the apples. Both of the employees went in the back to look for the apples. Not that I didn't appreciate both of them trying to find the apples for me, but two other people had come in, and weren't being served. For the most part, the woman didn't do much but stand around and talk the whole time I was in there. Then to top it all off, I walked over to the drink area to get my bosses iced tea and they were out of it. It seems like the only training these people have had is how to put a sandwich together. They definitely don't appear to have had any sort of customer service training. I certainly will never be going to this subway again. I'd give 0 stars if it were possible.

I've only been here during the lunch rush. Usually they can keep up if they have three people working. If there is only two, just leave. Even with three, be prepared to wipe off your own table. The drink area will be a disaster.

Had a bad experience. Food tasted old. Unusual for subway.
