I had the displeasure of dealing with Sheena at this location. I verified with her, BEFORE placing my order, that my coupon could be used and at the time of checkout she stated that she couldn't honor the coupon that she just ok'd five minutes before. She then got an attitude with me for questioning the sudden change, talked over me repeatedly and then she just walked off leaving me and another customer waiting to pay. The franchise owners only solution, for her behavior, was to give me a free sandwich instead of addressing the "real" issue, which is her attitude and how she reacted to the situation unprofessionally. What you should do Mr. Balkar, is tell the WHOLE truth and not just what sounds good to potential patrons.... its called integrity! No worries, we wont be returning to your location.

When I went, a very sweet and kind girl by the name of Azayla helped me with my sub while a girl next to her pumped out a 12-order sub. Very happy with the service, especially Azayla's soft and genuine concern for the integrity of my order. Overall, I am very impressed by their teamwork to help all of us who had - to their dismay - piled in at the same time. I would love to come back again, and I believe the same goes for the customers who stood beside me. Thank you for your unselfish concern for the well-being of the customers, despite the lack of man-power available at the time.

I no longer live in the area but I wouldn't return to a location where the manager rolls their eyes and acts as if she could care less for your business. There are several other places within walking distance to eat, I suggest you try those.

Can they go any slowerrrrrrr. This girl clearly didn't know the quantity of each meat and cheese to place on a sub. She put 4 meatballs in a 6inch. So rude and slow.
