Tonight, I stopped into the Subway on Saxon to get a sandwich around 9:00 pm. When I walked in, the employee was making sandwiches, and since no one was in the restaurant, I assumed it was for online or pre-orders. I waited for a bit while the employee continued making a sandwich, thinking that she would greet me once she finished. After she placed that sandwich into the oven to be toasted, she started making a new one, still without acknowledging me. After another two minutes of waiting, I said, "Well, I guess I'll leave since you're not going to even acknowledge me." She looked up at me but didn't say anything. I turned to leave the store, and as I walked out, I said, "And you don't even care, because you didn't even acknowledge my comments," to which she again said nothing. I usually don't make posts, but I have never had someone be intentionally rude. Even if someone was rude, typically, once you bring it to their attention, they're usually apologetic. Subway Orange City... do better.
The staff on duty 11/25 was very good and professional. They had a difficult situation created by some low class individuals and they handled themselves with pure professionalism while maintaining a pleasant eating environment. I want to thank them for making a delicious sandwich under stressful circumstances. Well done!
Food was amazing here although when I take an order I like to have a professional Services those Guys were Talking for 5 minutes and me and my wife were ready to order..Food: 5/5
Shane and sue Were So friendly and amazing. Great at upsales and friendly and fast. Very thorough I wish this subway was closer to my house. Parking: So many parking spaces Kid-friendliness: My kid loved the experience.
The girl that was working today in the morning was awesome, Super friendly, professional, and very helpful. She made it a perfect way to start a road trip home to Canada.Food: 5/5
Foot long sub looked tiny and no sauce with meatballs dry not right 2nd time. The subs are foot long Baguettes. Not a fan, it's sadFood: 2/5
well apparently despite what you’re asking for miss rizza will tell you no she’s not making it that way, when I asked her why not because I get my tuna wrap toasted at EVERY OTHER SUBWAY she means to tell me “it’s not good like that” and I said “says who, you?” She said “yes” and proceeded to ignore my request and make it HER WAY. Not to mention she toasted it the way I askedwith everything on it and wrapped then threw it away infront of my face to remake it and toast it her way with just the tuna and cheese on it.
Line out the door 3 employees moving as slow as possible. Customers walking out left and right. If you are on any sort of timetable avoid this place you will be late.
Came in there and the place was filthy. When I received my sandwiches they were rock hard like bricks. Asked Julian if it could please be remade he said he can't, so I asked if he could please escalate to Sue the store manager he said he can't. I'll never be back and I eat there often. I was forced to pay for a remake and while it was being remade I was simply looking at the associate making it and Julian said "what" completely unprofessional never knew looking at someone making my remake sandwich was a crime.
Never been to a subway like this before two employees working and no one Great us when walking in with my family. Thats fine stood in line both employees just talking to each other didn't even ask what would we like or said a word. Walked out after 10mins with the whole family very disappointed. I was wondering why there are no customers in the store know i know and Will never spend another dollar at this location. April/17/2023 9:20pm
