Not the most outgoing crew, that is for sure. I will also say those of you thinking you can use the coupons mailed to your house, think twice. I reckon they are too good to honor them, which is a bit frustrating when that is partly why one may have chosen to eat here. The store itself was clean, though I did not think the bread was as fresh tasting as it should be. I will give them credit for say thank you and have a nice day when I left the store. I don't do subway often and only get the tuna, i doubt i will go back to this store.  Vegetarian options: Ehh...

First and for most everytime I come to this location  they act like they can’t READ ! I literally write specifically how I want the sandwich cut in half and they act like they don’t know what it mean . I visit this store today and the app literally kept messing up , I literally ordered the same sandwhich I do EVERYTIME & it added tomatoes and onion as I am allergic , I asked for a remake NICELY and they told me I would have to repay and the man had an attitude about it ,  this is literally the worst location .  THEN I get home and check every sandwhich and they still made every sandwhich wrong

This location is the worst.. I didn't think it was possible to make a standard subway sandwich and it be disgusting. All locations are not the same. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Pulled up at this location at 8:45pm. They let the Caucasian guy in but told me that they were close. Just how?? Another African American lady tried to go in also and they told her the same thing. I definitely will never go to a Subway anywhere ever again.Food: 1/5

Just the vibe in their is a -1   never a smile, thank you, have a good day or anything. Always seem like you’re bugging her when you go in. The last time I went in there I was in the  bathroom all day afterwards. Waited about 3-4 months and decided to go back and all of these things were still the same. The lettuce had a brown tint to it, pickles looked old, and tomatoes looked bad. I should have just turned around and left but no I got a turkey wrap and my stomach been messed up all day since. I will not go back.

What are the same coupons out and no Subway in my area takes they don't have anything on the door saying that they don't take coupons the sandwich was messy and the cookie was cooked on the ends but not in the middle it was still coldFood: 2/5

I stopped by to get a bite. Service was fast but the lady behind the counter was on one. I noticed she would take money but put change or your receipt on counter as if you was bugging her like just go.Had to tell her let start over. Don't take the money then feel like your entitled.Food: 4/5

ok Ive tried to go inside and get a sandwich..but this is my third time coming by and same as the other night's they closed their doors and locked them at 8:36..An while I was sitting there at least seven to 10 cars pulled up.. this is my third time coming so they close very early every night not good business at all you lost a lot of customers at least 10 cars just when I was sitting there!!!!!

Someone needs to go through the restaurants and eateries on Goodman Road between Hwy 51 and Horn Lake Road and teach their staff some customer service and courtesy.  This was my first and, probably last, visit to this store. I simply tried to get something quick and go home after a long day. My bad!!! I ordered online, to avoid the wait, only to arrive to be told that my paid order could NOT be made because I have an out of state phone number.  To make matters worse,  one young lady was talking to, I assume,  the manager on speaker-phone as if I was a scammer, while snarling at me.  AGAIN,  I HAD PREPAID FOR MY ORDER ONLINE! WHO SCAMS FOR A SUBWAY SANDWICH??? It's not that good... and it wasn't really good.  Food service businesses in this strip of hwy 302 have no grasp of the concept of "fast food", or courteous service.  I ended up waiting for the sandwich,  which is what I attempting to avoid by ordering online, because they would not tell me how to get my money back.  Again,  it was NOT good...

Food was great it took a lot longer than I expected and I ordered online. They kept making everyone’s sandwiches and making me wait.Food: 5/5
