Went yesterday to the subway by rouses in Lafayette. I ended walking out without my sandwich. The lady that was making my sandwich asked if I wanted it toasted and I told her no but she toasted it anyway because she was busy talking to another employee and not paying attention to the customers.

The girl had an extremely bad attitude and literally rolled her eyes when I walked in. She was on her phone cursing as she was talking to someone. The other girl didn’t even acknowledge me and just looked at me and had an attitude the entire time. I don’t usually post this type of stuff but this was ridiculous

I ordered food from there yesterday for delivery because they deliver now. I never got my food! apparently their machines were down but they charged my account. And told me it would take 2 to 3 days to get my money back I will never go back to Subway on Bertrand again

This is my lunch time location. I have tried other location and NONE compares to the service. The store is nice and clean. The service is great! Orders are made perfectly. Even with the lunch crowd the service is still awesome.

Hubby and I stopped here on our way back home and although I couldnt understand the cajun accent they were very courteous and friendly. Restaurant was clean.Food was ok...But yeah I couldnt understand them.I thought the girl was having a stroke..LOL..I asked her are you ok? That Cajun Bayou. talk really has a thick draw.All together Lousiana is a beautiful place.

The staff here is always quick, responsive, and friendly. I drive past two locations to go here for lunch. I think we have 7 subway locations in my city, this one is my favorite.

Jason is so personable. He always has a welcoming smile and has completely memorized my order. My favorite subway in town.

I love this place. The food was good. Very delicious.

This location is always busy and I can see why. Convenient location. Good food. Friendly staff. Fast service.
