Staff was expressionless. Can't speak on friendliness but... after receiving the food I visited their men's bathroom and it smelled like poop, toilet was dirty, seat doesn't stay up. Doesn't seem like they are attending to it. I quickly had to wash my hands and run out of there. Poorly managed it seems. At this point, is my food clean? Are their hands clean?

This is a good location. The servers are always polite and the food always fresh. Just know that they don't accept coupons due to instructions from the management.  Adding to this review I made a few months ago, after trying some other locations, this is the best tasting, freshest subway in Beaumont.

I would give it a zero. Took 10 minutes for them to stop talking and come up front to say hello, just to be told, "I have to do the bread count before. " No... that isn't correct. You lost 2 customers right then. 2/15 @ 815p.Food: 1/5

This was our 2nd and last time here. First time asked for a regular steak sub from the build your own sub menu. The new girl was confused trying to find a number on the menu. I had to explain 3 times it was just a regular steak sub, not a signature sandwich. The other employee/ manager? Was sitting at a table playing on her phone. When the new girl was confused she never got up to help and argued with me to pick a signature sandwich.  This time we ordered a sandwich with meatballs . They didn't have enough to make the sub. Never came up with another solution. Never added more. Wife and I were both going to order one. That's out now.  No one else in the store. Same woman as before sitting playing on her phone in the same table as previous visit. Never helped or did anything besides get up and grab the change from the tip jar and go back to playing on her phone.  Another customer walked in behind us and wanted meat ball sub. He wasn't happy they were out either and settled for something else. The worker helping me argued with me about banana peppers/ pepper ring/ yellow peppers.  I don't care what you want to call them. Regionally they are called many different things. Just put them on the sandwich.  Overall,  one bad experience..eh ok, it happens. Two bad experiences,  nah its just how this one is managed. Never again.

Place says open til 930, I show up at 9:15 and they are already closed! Will never eat at a subway again!Food: 1/5

I always stop here when I’m charging my Tesla, yesterday you had a cashier in the afternoon she was amazing, kind hearted, and  I hope to see her the next time I come. I need to get her name. I do apologize not remembering. Thank you and bless your  Deanne

Out of many items including breads, cheeses, and drinks. Bathrooms were very dirty, items rung in wrong and forgot to charge for certain things so voids had to be done which took a long time. They were friendly and apologetic about it though which is why they didn't receive a 1 star. Wouldn't recommend.

The restaurant was dark and seemed closed, but the open sign was on. The roof was leaking after heavy rains and it was coming through the spot lights over the food prep/sandwich ingredients.  The sandwiches were good and employees were nice.  We didn't know what had happened until it was time to pay.

You order 6" chicken  sub with jalapeno peppers, why do the subway worker put only 2 slices of peppers on the sub...I looked at her and said that's it? She put 2 more. Lol. I'm not going there to eat anymore. Best subway Is at Walmart in Lumberton. At least I get a hand full of peppers and any other vegetables on a 6" sub.Food: 1/5
