Chris was amazing! He is the only person to ask if we wanted our salads chopped! Anytime time we asked for it to be chopped we were told no or the staff would act like they didn’t hear us even when we repeat our question. Thank you Chris for your courtesy! You remembered that it’s the customers that keep a place in business! Your customer service is the only reason this place gets a 5 star rating! Plus the awesome salads! Also thank you for giving us a full bowl of salad!
Almost every time fresh! It can take time, so I can’t say that I am here every day, but if I am after lunch time, most likely this is where I get the bite.
On multiple occasions now I have gone into this subway at 830am to get the breakfast sandwich I love for my wife and I. It is listed online and in the restaurant that they open at 8am so I figured giving the 30 minute buffer time before I go in should be good. Every time I have been told the food isn’t ready yet and they can’t serve me. Today I walked in and the girl said while pointing at the condiments “as you can see I’m not even close to being set up” so I asked what time they open she said “830-9am” I then said it was 830am currently and why they advertise they open at 9, to which she replied “sorry can’t help you”. I don’t understand why you would advertise an opening time at a business that serves food then turn customers away that come in after opening to get food. Extremely irritating, and I’ve only had this experience at this location.
The female manager here is RUDE. I came in with my fiance and we were both very nice asked her how she was doing today and she snapped at us "CAN I HELP YOU?" with a blank stare. Then she sloppily made my sandwich. She skimped on the meat and I had to ask her to add more. She threw my order into the toaster and the cheese fell off then said she would need to charge for an extra slice. HIRE A NEW MANAGER! She doesn't even speak English, which makes it almost impossible to communicate with her. Worst customer service I have received in years. I come here often and all the other employees have been very nice. Again, get a new manager. This woman should not be working in anything related to customer service.
Hispanic woman who says she is the manager is the most rude service employee I’ve encountered working customer service in a long time. Maybe she’s unhappy with her life, but there is no reason to argue with customers about sandwiches and act angry when we want to substitute something. Totally ridiculous.
The guy working tonight was the nicest gentleman ever. He was working all by himself because no one wants to work these days. He was super friendly and actually listened to exactly how I wanted my sub. I appreciate his attitude and helpfulnesses and I will start going to this location more now, because of him. Thank you very much!
The two guys working there look like they came out of 40 year old virgin with a game console controller glued to there hand, and the had the worst customers service I've ever experienced in a long time. Yea I admit this post is bias due to the service i received, but your business is only as good as it employees.My advice is to the owner. I think it's time to start interviewing .
Just ordered 4 large Subway sandwiches. Wow these were the worst Subway Sandwiches ever. Had the turkey and asked for avacodo to be added there must have been 2 teaspoons in a full sandwich. And you pay extra for it. All toppings very limited in amount. Sandwich was very dry. We asked for mayo and mustard and not there. No cheese as requested. To be honest it was more of a bread sandwich. What a waste of money. We only went there because our local one closes early on Sunday. From previous reviews appears management or owner really doesn't care if customers are satisfied. Highly recommend if you want a good sandwich don't go to this Subway. 6.27.21 5:00pm
In a situation where you need to communicate with the customers, unfortunately the employees are impossible to communicate with unless you speak Spanish. Blasting the World Cup in the corner adds to communication difficulties. Stressful situation.
Really bad service. Guy named Jeremy was really rude throwing food around as he was making what we ordered. This is unacceptable. I stopped the guy and asked him why the attitude, and why was he throwing the food around...his own partner noticed his attitude towards us. We walked away with nothing...bummer we were hungry. Thanks you Taco Bell for great Service.
