I usually always have pleasant experiences here. The staff is usually very polite. Sadly the Sun sauce is usually out and the oven has been down on multiple occasions in the past. However I still enjoy using this subway. I have not sat down here before but they have plenty of seating and also recently renovated the interior and it looks very nice. I also have not used the drive through but can confirm they have one.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Beware they are obviously trying to food poison people. I purchased a chicken sandwich and to my disgust found RAW bacon on the sandwich. The health department needs to go see this location. Is it not common sense not to serve customers uncooked BACON!?!? Totally disgusted, and when I called back to complain, no answer. I should have known better. Never again
Wow, this subway location has the perhaps the best customer service in this area, I highly recommend. The new renovations really gives it a nice flare in choice of dining, nice way to spend a little time eating a fresh, delicious sub. The cookies are a must grab, I can always count on freshly baked ones. 5 stars for me!
It's 9:20pm I check your hours online; 11pm is the closing time listed. I arrive at 9:40pm the open sign is on, I proceeded to the door and it's locked. I signaled to the man in the subway uniform and he came to the door and said one word... CLOSED! Gas is too expensive to run around for nothing Subway!Food: 1/5
Literally the nicest employees I've ever met. The one gentleman, I think his name was Chris ?, seemed like he really enjoyed his job and interacting with customers. He managed to make the mundane task of making sandwiches fun and entertaining. Definitely the best subway we've ever been to! Also, how beautiful is this sandwich!?
I ordered online to the subway app the order was wrong when was delivered the store does not answer their phone and will not respond online I will never order from the store again and recommend other people do not order there either unless they want to go through the same frustration I did. I had to give it one star because we don't have less than that as a rating
I went to 4 subways for the free sandwhich deal... 1 wasnt participating thw one on big bend and 301 and the others had reached their 50 but were so rude. I came to this location all the staff had a great attitude and were working their butts off.... they had great customer service
Really amazing environment great customer service gets things done quick and fast and will leave you out there feeling better than u were when you came
Do not go here. The last couple of times we have been here have been AWFUL. They need new staff and management. The workers are so rude, unprofessional and never have anything restocked. Here are the last few encounters we have had with this particular subway: 1. Workers start talking about their nipple piercings and ignore the customers 2. Workers did not refill half of the items. Meatballs? No. Ham? No. Italian herb bread? No. Tuna? No. We ended up leaving. 3. They ignored us completely so we left. Latest time: I ordered online. Got to the store and the worker is like "I called you five times. We don't have any meatballs" **She did not call me 5 times** I asked how long it would take to make the meatballs. She said 15 minutes. She could have made them while I drove there. I told her to cancel the order and left. She didn't cancel the order. Will not be going back.
Awesome food great environment a lot of fun come and check us out bring the family and everybody else
