Driving home to Richmond, VA..my son got hungry so we exited and stopped at this subway. Their hours say they close at 9pm in a Friday. We had plenty time. They closed 15-20mins early and refused to make my son a simple turkey sandwich because they said they didn’t feel like doing anything for anyone anymore. There’s nothing else open around here besides McDonald’s and BK, which he doesn’t eat due to it making him feel sick. People are so damn lazy…a child just wanted a sandwich for dinner on this long ride home. It would be ideal for them to stop false advertising their hours.

The staff is always nice here. I get a chuckle listening to them interact with co-workers and customers as I wait to order.  Most of these young ladies that work here seem to enjoy what they do.  Parking: Parking lot is too small. Alot of traffic in and out. I guess because it&#39;s inside a gas station. Need more seating to dine in as well

It's a gas station subway. Dirty, restrooms well might need a doctor's visit afterwards. Just a lot of traffic in and out most of it gas station customers.Food: 4/5

Dishonest….. the food was fine but when I was rang up she said the total was 27. When I went to swipe my card the total changed to 35…. I asked her about it and she said “oh hold on” the screen refreshed back to the original amount with the option to tip….. I did tip 20% and it took it back to 35……  I give people the benefit of the doubt so I thought it could have been an honest mistake….. then I watched her do the same thing to the next 3 people in line…  The tip is an option….. not something that the employees should be able to add themselves and not tell the customer about…  Very deceptive little scam

Nique was so awesome! she was incredibly nice and also knew how to have fun with her co workers, they all had the best attitudes and it was an overall great experience

Every time I go in they never have bread , lettuce was not fresh , pickles looked like they had been there since this morning , and didn’t have no sweet onion sauce . First time was acceptable , but to have it happen repeatedly is unacceptable.

Worst customer services and disrespectful  employees! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a subway and any restaurant at that. McDonald’s even does better! I ordered a CURBSIDE order today and waited over 15 minutes for it not to even be brought out, I understood they were busy so I simply went inside and told the lady “I understand y’all are busy I had a curbside order for my name she pointed to the pickup rack. Not sure why it was there in the first place when I did curbside but I said thank you, got it and walked back to my car to realize they gave the wrong chips so I went in and got the ones I wanted and when I got back to my car I checked my sandwich to find RAW and uncooked bacon on my sandwich. I went inside asked for a remake or just a simply refund. I was told it was my fault because I didn’t get the sandwich toasted and that they don’t cook the bacon unless you want the whole sandwich toasted, I worked at subway for over a year and know for a fact that is not true. Your not even suppose to eat RAW bacon in the first place.  She was just too lazy to give me a remake and she would not give me a refund and threw my food in the trash! I’ve already emailed corporate and I will be calling the health department!
