I'd love to leave a positive review - but when I went, they were "closed". I arrived a little less than an hour before closing but when I tried to get in, the door was locked and there was a hand written sign on the door saying they were closed...right next to their sign with their hours.
Beyond slow. I feel like if you're the only one working you can wait on 2 guests at once. If you come in to work and 1 person is making 2 sandwiches, you can ask to help. When the price of the advertised sandwich has gone up 300% I would also take care to give the guest what they asked for for add ons. Literally the only reason I tipped was because its the holidays. I considered not tipping. BTW no one likes the new advertised sandwiches. If you used Mayo I stead of Aoli I can guarantee you'd have more ppl like it, but no on that one too.
Usually have one person working, took 20 minutes to get a sandwich last time. Employees are usually pretty nice though
Jon was awesome! Place is clean and neat and Jon was happy and smiling and very pleasant to chat with for a few minutes while he made 3 different sandwiches for me. He didn't mess them up at all. 10/10 will be returning! Thank you so much Jon and Subway!
Subway is always a reliable staple. Tasty and relatively healthy. Nice patio dining area too

This subway is in a nice location, near the mall. And they keep the facility clean. The staff is always nice, especially Caleb. He is very kind, helpful, informative and he is happy To help you! I’ve worked in service from retail to restaurants for years, and I know how draining it can get sometimes, and he’s always upbeat and gives good customer service. He definitely has a bright future ahead of him! Thank you for your food and service!
I love their food and I like coming out here to eat but I wish they would be a little more clear and consistent with their hours I feel the same way as one of the other people who describe this as "super annoying". The reason I still give them a 5 is because the quality of their food is still good and I have had positive experiences there when I have come at the right times please be more consistent with your hours and I may come more often
Young lady taking my order was pleasant and still smiling, yes you can tell when someone is smiling with a mask on. Even after the "in my opinion" jerk elderly man questioning every step of the order before me.
Super annoying. I had just got off work, after being pregnant on my feet for 8 hours.. I was starving &’ craving subway!! So I rushed over, from the mall.. got there 9:36pm.. the doors were locked &’ 2 high school looking kids talking amongst themselves then telling me they were closed. I proceeded to tell them their sign on the door says 10, as well as google. They just kept saying no, they are closed.. &’ just haven’t got around to changing the sign at the door because they “close at 9”, as he said. Either they were telling the truth, or they couldn’t wait an extra 20 mins to start closing like they were supposed too.
