I ordered a sandwich through the subway app. I ordered Benissimo sub and I picked it up and took it home. Unfortunately when I opened it, it was missing the pepperoni, I was disappointed because I was hungry and I really wanted to try it. And certain sandwiches can only be ordered through the app. Also the sandwich looked very poor looking. To be honest it looked like a sad sandwich. I really wanted to go back, I don't know why I didn't. With everything so expensive I just feel like I should get what I pay for
Food was made properly, however the process of receiving it was tedious. One of the workers scoffed at my mother, who is an Asian immigrant, while she was ordering because of her pronunciation of some words. They had a snarky attitude the entire time she was ordering. Go somewhere else if you want Subway, because the poor customer service ruins the taste of the food.
There used to be a clearly defined set up to pick up online orders. That sign was gone, and the rack that would hold the online orders had nothing on them or was just utilized to block the public bathrooms. They were severely short staffed during the lunch rush. No back up staff to follow up with mobile/online orders. Waited in line like everyone else only to be told to go up to the front. The order was there waiting, and the cashier did her best to have me relax. You need at least 3 to support the lunch rush. Only one staff member was making sandwiches by herself, and one cashier. You should have a backup to either make more sandwiches, and to handle additional misc. By observation only.
I just left this location after ordering a sandwich I have never been in a Subway with the workers so rude and rushy I will never be here again nor will anybody that I know two stars is too many
Clearly the owner of this subway doesn't care about their customers. Every single table at this location is bent ot broken. You know what happens when you sit down to eat your sandwich and drink your soda? It goes all over your lap. Features: Fear is a highly contagious disease.
The guy behind the counter was rude and was rushing my buddy even though there was no line.
Service was great, but I tried using a coupon and that stated 3.49 for a six inch excludes Cali sub only and I was changed 1.50 extra meat because I got hot meat I have work for subway in the past and that is not ok I did not want to argue so I paid. I just do not think it is ok for them to charge extra without valid reason.
Very rude customer service overcharged me for a turkey bacon and mozzarella didn’t even get mozzarella and had an attitude the whole time
Friendly staff, fast service. Clean place, with outdoor dining area. Value for money: 3/5, they are not cheap unfortunately. I couldn't find the item I needed, alas. I recommend it for a quick bites on the go.
I used to LOVE this Subway because the e.oyeeswere always SO kind to me as a customer. But the last time I went in, the way they treated me was the polar opposite. Short, terse, one-word responses to my questions about using the restroom and giving my sandwich order. I won't be back.
