I went in yesterday Saturday and today also, both times for a late lunch. They have some decent vegan and vegetarian choices. This is a VERY clean, well stocked store, especially considering the busy weekend. The store looks newish inside, so I inquired how old the store was, and the guy said the current owners had it for 7 years now. It looks a whole lot newer or looks recently updated. The gentleman behind the counter was very kind and polite and he helped me choose something good both days. I saw in other reviews comments about the English speaking ability of the staff, I had no problem understanding this guy! In particular, the spinach, purple onion and black olives tasted fresh, and that's a pet peeve of mine when they are mushy or stale. Everything was prepared correctly and tasted great! It's just off the IOP Connector across from the Harris Teeter, an easy walk from the Turtle Sculpture. I will visit them again next time I'm hanging out on the Island! Vegetarian options: Like all sSubways, plenty of vegan and vegetarian options available. Parking: Plenty of parking in this strip mall location.
The worst experience of my life I just witnessed that the store manager told him a young Latino who would not sell that it was closed and then other people came in and they were attended by the same employees of him. They laughed the worst thing I could experience.
Outstanding service! I ordered a 6foot long sub to feed my work crew and they did such a good job with all of my modifications!! Everyone loved it!! ALL 25 of them!! Thank you so much. I came in the middle of lunch rush on the first sunny Saturday of the year, and despite how busy they were, they got me out of there with no hiccups. We will definitely have you cater our lunch again. Cheers!
Efficient polite service, great sandwiches! We stopped on our way to the beach to pick up a couple of sandwiches and drinks for lunch. The place seemed spotlessly clean, and the family there were all very polite and efficient. I've had many bad sandwiches at Subways in the past, but what we had today were very good and fresh. In the future, we'll make a point of using this particular Subway as our standard lunch place whenever we head to the beach.
Ask for more vegetables and just keep ignoring you and keep moving the India family mom dad son three staff which I’m not is bad thing but asking for a little more vegetables for get it. And the son has a big attitude. Only subway there I had no choice at the time but will not ever be back there. Don’t waste your time and money here
I'm all for foreigners getting a job, that's awesome, but the people in here don't speak English well at all. They were all pretty nice to me at least but it took longer to order because I had to explain what I wanted and they still got it wrong. If it wasn't for a younger guy my order would've taken even longer. There's no excuse for you to not understand English and be in customer service. Whoever hired them needs a sit down.
Based on the fact that I order the same sandwich everytime I go to a Subway, I know they gyped me on my meat. They only gave me 4 tiny scoops of tuna on a footlong. Literally it tasted like a vegetable sandwich with tuna flavored mayo because they did not put the right amount on, but I didnt want to argue given the managers' obvious language barriers and the fact that they were very busy. Ill just rememeber to stop at a different Subway prior to stopping at the beach so I dont end up paying $8 for a bread and spinach sandwich.
Worst subway ever! There are ants everywhere, they do not use gloves. I came in to order sweet tea, and it was out, so i asked the gentleman if he could make some more, he told me he would give me some sugar for the cold unsweet tea. The service here is terrible. If i could give 0 stars i would. Do not come here.
This subway is by far the worst I have ever been to and trust me I've been to some pretty bad ones before. Very understaffed and super slow service. One of the workers did not know what half of the ingredients were. I strongly suggest avoiding this subway and use your precious life time getting food somewhere else.
Absolutely terrible location. They try there best to give you as little of everything as they can. You have to order literally double meat to even know there is any on the sandwhich. That's assuming they dont FORGET to add anything you customize on it. This is a bare minimum style place. They add just enough to keep you from saying they didnt add ANY. Sure. Technically you added a pinch of this and a scrap of that.
