Terrible service. This is the third time they’ve gotten our order completely wrong. They don't spread the dressing and condiments out. My daughter and husband didn't eat but a few bites of their sandwiches. It was horrible!! I had a completely dry sandwich and a section where all the mayo was hanging out. It's surely because management doesn't care. H Dias, G Manager responded to my survey with an apology but no resolution. I asked about a refund or remaking our sandwiches and dead silence. Don't visit this location unless you’re expecting a dry hard bread sandwich.
Wanted to order some subs online and pick them up. There was a buy 2 footlongs get 1 free. This is a very common deal and almost always there are coupons mailed with it. The subway app is broken and will not allow transactions to go through. Requested the store to honor their coupon because it's not my fault their app is broken. They would not honor it unless I had the coupon. Won't be coming to this location ever again, store locations should stand by online deals or don't take orders through it.
I tried for over an hour to place an order online with no success. I put in 3 different cards, all of which are good, and it wouldn't take any of them. Then it kept giving me an error message in Spanish. I finally gave up and drove to the store where the manager immediately got defensive on me, saying that it wasn't his fault, he doesn't control the website. I said that's fine but I drove all the way down here, can I please have the special online price? He refused. So I left and told him I was giving him a 1 star review, which this is. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Jersey Mike's. I also just found out that the website has not been working for at least a couple of weeks and they knew it, but when I called and asked if my order went through they just said no, they didn't get it. I told them I would try again and they said ok, knowing that it wouldn't work. I guess they really don't want any business. Don't give them any.

Second time I have issues with drinks at this location. First time the fresh waters were not up and running until I asked them about f they could and they did with an attitude. This is about two weeks back. Today June 30 7:15 pm. Still not closing time. No waters asked them again for water and they refused to refill. Lost a customer for sure and I came every Thursday but I’ll take my business else where.
It's usually ok but today I went and asked for some mayonnaise on a sandwich and they put an absurd amount.
Manager there is something else , who the heck gets upset to Snapchat in the restaurant while waiting in line to order the manger screaming stop recording. He said you can’t record , First of all there was no sign not record second of all no one was recording him, went to a different Subway were people are more normal . Never again I will I go there.
Probably the worst subway I have ever been to. Tried coming last night and the guy working the store was so slow I had to leave, and I was the only one there! This morning I tried again to get a sandwich and the staff just can’t put a sandwich together very well. Poor training creates poor results
Superb yummy subway and fresh breads
Make sure you always check your receipts. They charged me $9 tax on a $8 sandwich meal. Something is very wrong with thier register!! They argued with me and did nothing to keep my weekly business. Never again because I will be contacting the better business bureau. 10/23/2015
