Dec 2 2022 @ 14:40 hrs asked the young female for a footlong turkey toasted, then I asked for all the veggies, unfortunately the tomatoes were extremely wet and sougy,. I asked her to please grab me a new batch of tomatoes, she went to look for some in the back and comes back to tell me, they don’t any new tomatoes. I said “Thank you I don’t want you the sandwich.”  She then replied “ oh my god” and mumble some nasty words. Manager- if you are reading this complaint, I hope you train your employees to be respectful and cut the verbal abuse! I frequented the store 3 times a week, I will take my business elsewhere!

Literally asked for toasted and cheese with bell pepper cucumber and spinach. I got only spinach no cheese and not toasted like?

I have been to this subway a couple of times before never had an issue until yesterday when I walked in and asked for the sandwich of the day they said they didn’t have a subway of day so I went ahead and ordered a sandwich and when I got it I noticed the liner being dirty. I just don’t understand how the  young lady missed to see that when she wrapped my sandwich. Not a nice experience :

I get it, it close to closing time, we all want to go home at the end of the day, but this young lady that prepared my sandwiches, had a really bad attitude, the sandwiches were badly prepared and I can barely hear what this young lady was telling/ asking me.Food: 1/5

I already knew what I wanted to order so I was not being “too slow” and they still rushed me even more. There was no one in the store and both employees were rude to my mom and I. My school gave us a gift card that had balance but they said it couldn’t be used and kept cancelling our payment. Went to another Subway and they took the card just fine and it worked. It’s not the first time I’ve been to this place and had issues but the unnecessary rudeness just made me write this review and the gift card issue that should have worked.

1st time ordering online, the app is complicated and I ordered by mistake in this location, so I called them to cancel the order n they gave me wrong information, I have been told “to cancel true the app” Then I have to call back again, they let me on the phone waiting  for 30 minutes, so I called them back 13 times and they didn’t pick up the phone. I called the next day, and they told me that I picked up the order, then the manager said they can’t help me, and if I want my money back to go there for a refund!!! These people is trained to say lies, they don’t know what they are doing, I’m not surprised if they spit on your food. Nasty service!

I usually go here MOST of the time and the customer service were good but SOME staff are just rude and I definitely won’t be attending here anymore but I just found COINS in my food , coins are dirty and definitely have been in the hands of nasty people and different areas ! disrespectful and discussing!
