This subway has a sign posted outside saying “new management.” Do yourself a favor and stay away. We used to love coming here but the quality has severely dropped. We tolerated it for a while because we enjoyed this subway before the new management. We were hoping it would get better. Last night, my husband and I each had a sandwich from here. We got SEVERELY, miserably sick over night and throughout the entire next day. We are 100% certain it was food poisoning and we know for sure that it was from Subway. On top of that, the service was awful.
Is it ever even open anymore??? I cant even remember the last time I was able to stop and get food. Currently sitting outside the door, all lights are on, "Open" sign is on, the door is locked and not a soul in sight. Never had issues with quality when you could actually get food here.
We stopped at the Subway in Jennings during a road trip with our 9 yo and 1 yo kids. This facility was clean and the staff were so sweet. They complimented our kids even as we let our 1 yo walk off his carseat legs. As we left, they gave us some cookies for the kiddos. How sweet are they! Thanks Jennings Subway for being so kind to us.
Definitely upgraded from what it was pre covid. Food is awesome. Only reason for a 4 and not a 5? They were a tad slow. I believe it's management's fault due to lack of staff. They did their best though. Solid 4. All day.
I am almost speechless. 8:30pm 04/20/2022 my husband went in to place our order in person. I wanted the Buffalo Chicken wrap. The female working asked what kind of meat... on a Buffalo CHICKEN wrap. Then did not understand how to make the chicken Buffalo. My husband had to point it out to her on her own menu and explain you just toss the chicken in Buffalo. I haven’t eaten subway in years, and have never worked there and I could make the sandwich. Since they couldn’t figure that out I had to change my order to something I didn’t even want just because it was something they knew how to make. Then came my daughters order keep in mind there are only like 3 kids options on the menu we ordered a Black Forest ham mini. The clerk tried putting on roast beef. We had to correct her. Then comes my husbands order a subway melt, again she tried putting the wrong meat on the sandwich. We had to walk out because we were constantly correcting her even though she was looking at her instruction menu. Seriously if all your employees know how to make is a roast beef sandwich then please limit your menu and stop wasting peoples time and gas to get to your store. If this was just a new employee that has no brain cells then at least do us the courtesy of putting her on after the lunch rush and before dinner.
Worst customer service ever! I placed a mobile order at 1:12pm and it had a 1:30 pickup time. When I got there, the door was locked, but people were inside. I stood there waiting for someone to come to the door, but all of the staff just stared at me. My food was literally right there on the rack next to the door, but they would not open it. I waited until a customer walked out, then when I walked in, they very RUDLY yelled WE CLOSED! How do you take orders for food, assign a pickup time, and then close before you give the customer what they paid for? UNSATISFACTORY!! Don’t take orders if you are going to be closed! Train your staff properly how to close if so, and how to respond and treat customers. Use common sense! Be more like Chic-fil-A customer service; obviously they got it right.
I made an order on oct. 11 at 4pm and was told they were closed and would get my money back the following Wednesday. I called these people for days on end and no one would pick up the phone. I finally went over there to be told to call Monday when the manager would be in. I called the following week and got in touch with someone and she supposedly took down my name and phone number along with the order number and I would get a call back. I never got a call back. I call again and spoke with someone and they gave me a time when the manager might be in but said he never stays for long. So I decided to call the Lafayette store where I was finally able to reach someone on November 1 to get my money back. Unless your sure they are open I DO NOT suggest making an order
You can’t even eat there. They close at random time… I showed up Tuesday at 3pm and they have a pencil written note sayin they close at 3pm and they all just started at the kids and I getting out the car struggling to go in and couldn’t even let us know. I’m over it they can just close at this point cause you can’t ever eat fresh
No service they had a trainee during lunch rush. I ended up leaving after it took 10 minutes to wait on one customer. Not going back. Contacted management and never hit in touch with me. So would suggest everyone go somewhere else to eat.
They don't have everything thing that on the online menu in the store
