So I’ve been to this subway many many times in fact I went there before it was a subway when Quiznos still were around. And to be honest I wish it was still Quiznos!!! This subway has the most disgusting food. The Quality of the food is so bad one time I went in the guacamole wasn’t even green it was brown. That same time I went there and order food we didn’t even get the guacamole but yet somehow we ended up having food poisoning for three days. I called and inform them of the situation and they told me that all of their food have a temperature checked and nothing was out of the ordinary. Well we didn’t eat anything else but subway and we ended up being sick for three days so I don’t know about you but I think they were covering up for it the mistake of Rotten food. When I hear the whole slogan eat fresh I don’t think of fresh food. I’m completely done with subway their food is overpriced disgusting and just not worth it especially at this subway. Don’t come to the subway. And by the way they only offered us a free 6 inch… we didn’t take it we didn’t want to get so sick again. So why do you ask the reason I came back to this subway…. Well that the thing it’s close to my home and we waited almost 6 months before going back and it’s still the same. I’m currently about to throw up because the food was bad. My girlfriend isn’t feeling well too. DONT GO TO SUBWAY! especially this one!
So we ordered online and picked it up with little wait time. We go back home and open it only to see our orders being mixed up and on top of that an ANT crawling out and back in one of the sandwiches! We were speechless. We go back with our food to ask for a refund. The young worker working there insisted there was no way we could get our money back or store credit. Then he started saying we could get it remade and get free cookies, but then continued to say "oh I'm not even supposed to do that either" and tried to guilt us. Overall we left with no refund and no sandwiches. Very disappointing and will not be returning.
The food quality was good, but the layout was weird. When you walk in, there are tables on either side, and it is not a good setup if there are a lot of people. When I walked in, there was a weird smell. It smelled like an old person, and I almost walked outside. Aside from that, the staff was very nice and kind.
Guy with the curly ponytail made my salad. he moved like molasses, I believe my 90-year-old grandmother with Parkinson's couldn't have made salads faster. He refused to cut up the tomatoes for the salad. Even though there are knives available. If you can't even cut up the tomato slices on a salad, are you even really making a salad? At that point you're just throwing random unchanged ingredients into a bowl and saying have a nice day. It takes three seconds to cut up tomato slices. What is the problem? I don't know if he was high or depressed or what, but watching him move was like watching a national geographic documentary on sloths. Angry, lazy sloths.
Store number 43335 team members Rowan and Alex kept it professional when people didn't observe social distancing protocol. Great job. People need to remember that these are young people. Don't yell at them because you don't like the protocols. STAY HOME.
Incredible rude and unprofessional service. A girl with a black ponytail and glasses was slapping my sandwhich around like she was mad at it and made it look like a roadkill mess. It was pretty disgusting to look at honestly. Avoid at all costs unless you want horrible rude service.
Slow service. No sense of urgency when busy. Only two kinds of bread made at 6pm. No meatballs available. And the two girls there would continue to ask what I needed or make mistakes because they were talking to each other.
The 1 on 190 in Enfield CT is awesome. The staff is Amazing always pleasant and friendly. The food is always fresh and the bread is never stale.
I almost walked out , when I walked thru the door the smell was so bad I was ready to leave. The meatballs were ok. Don't think I'll be back any time soon. The place stunk
I love Subway. I also love that no matter which location/state I visit they all seem to have the same quality standards. Gotta love that! The workers are always pleasant and quick.
