Don't ask for a chopped salad. The only chopped thing you'll get is the chopped lettuce ; funny. I didn't complain because they are kids but someone should have trained them. Told them about a bowl they have to use to chopp but didn't know anything about it. I did got charged extra for supposedly being a chopped salad tho.

This place has no respect for online orders. I was kept waiting 20 minutes beyond the promised time to get my sandwiches.<b>Food</b>: 1/5

ZACK & the beautiful lady working with him have exceptional customer service!!! Zack went above and beyond his job and made our day. With everything going on it’s nice to know there are good people out there. GREAT STAFF!!!!!

Today for the 1st time in 9 years coming to this subway i had a Horrible Customer Service experience with the new night shift "in charge" employee. My oldest son is a super picky eater so we always order a meatball sub with the meatballs on the side we pretty much make a pizza with the marinara sauce from the meatballs and cheese and we have never had any issues by doing this Never !! Not even at other subways. This is the second time we get helped by this New night shift "in charge" employee and the 1st time she gave us attitude just because we asked for the meatballs on the side but she did our sub as requested. Tonight she refused to put the meatballs on the side because According to her she talked to the store manager Elsa and Elsa Told her they cannot put the meatballs on the side. I asked for the subway corporate phone number and she refused to provide it to me with attitude and she told me I have to find it online. I looked for this New night shift "in charge" employee name tag but of course she was not wearing it so I asked for her name and she refused to provide it to me. She told me I have to come back and talk to the store manager Else. I ended up driving to the next subway in my area to get my son his meatball sub with the meatballs on the side. I will call corporate subway and complain about this.

I ordered online and they didn’t bother to let me know they didn’t have some of the items I ordered until I got there. The guy was rude when I asked for a refund and did not know how to issue one. They wanted me to come back another day.

We doing 2 stars .. this location is the first location that I see turning away customers because the employee couldn’t handle an order or 6 sandwiches we ordered online. So we put in the order and the employee calls us back to tell us it was going by to take 40 minutes to do if we want we can cancel and get a refund !? So I couldn’t believe a business would call back to request a cancellation! So we then tell her no it’s fine we’ll wait I don’t want to deal w a refund  the employee told us she didn’t know how to do a refund.. so we get there 40 mins later and she was still doing the sandwiches we then went to wait another 10 mins she turned away 2 customers .. if subway is going to have one employee by themselves they should at-least have a capable one that won’t have a problem multi tasking.. I just can’t believe she asks us to canceled the order … because she couldn’t handle it.. 6 sandwiches I mean it was 20 just saying..

Subway has definitely upped their salad game.  Try the Black Forest Ham Bowl, it's great.

I have a breakfast sandwich here every week and it's always a very pleasant experience. Food is good, employees are helpful.

Save yourself time, money and frustration by NOT going to this subway.  I have yet to have a good experience at this location and today just topped it. Your job is NOT COMPLICATED!!! Make the sandwich the way it was ordered and paid for!!! Unfortunately it's the closest location to my office so I guess no more subway for me.

Food is good workers do what they can do but with taking phone orders as well as it being lunch rush there really should be more than two workers! I waited almost 30 minutes to order not good at all... If it wasn't for my son I would of left!
