Honestly I’d recommend going to a different one in town. All three of the employees were actual airheads.. either seemed like everything was a joke or something. Was gonna go through the drive through but instead went inside. I have never spent 26$ on two sandwiches either when I’ve been to others in town..  I think one was a manager and was throwing the guy in training under the bus..the woman was just weird and all kept making jokes. Honestly I’ll never be coming here again, worst customer service experience.. and I am a business owner

This subway is amazing, the owner is very cool! Food gets out pretty fast, and I love the drive through! Of course it can take a bit more time, but it's worth it.

The manager in charge didn't seem to be doing anything very important like hanging up a new sign while his poor crew was being drowned by online orders and the flood of high school students on and clinic workers on lunch.Food: 5/5

There are 5 subways in Moses lake,  don't choose the one on pioneer.  The one at Wal mart is better.Food: 1/5

Wow! Order online ask them to toast it twice got a sandwich that wasn’t toasted at all. cold chicken sandwich,  great. Even ordered mozzarella because I wanted melty cheese. Waste of my money. Will not be ordering from this subway.

I haven't had Subway in years. Let's face it, the last handful of times I have ever gone to any Subway, it wasn't great. Decided to give it a try again. Came here, and was not disappointed at all!!! It was good! Ingredients were fresh and made well. The closer guy was so, so nice. Will definitely be back here again!!!

Best Subway in town.  They sometimes run into ingredient shortages, just like anywhere else, and they are sometimes extremely busy ,and understaffed at times, but they are always helpful, kind and often good humored.

Super fast, friendly. Pleasant experience and I dread placing orders 99% of the time. Will definitely return Arielle and her coworker were efficient and thorough and got the order exactly as requested. Despite placing the order step by step, some sandwich makers still don't make them as we've requested. We settle on those days. But this day we are ever satisfied and will return. the food is perfect and over filling!
