Not the experience I planned on. We called in and order for pickup at a specific time, but when we arrived they had not started to prepare our order! I am not sure what the advantage is for pre-ordering and specifying a pickup time. The food was he as good as usual, but the extra wait was certainly aggravating and inconvenient.Food: 4/5

We ordered 3 foot long sub. The manager made our sandwiches. Grilled mine other 2 was cold. When we got home they was what we ordered.i noticed the cold items was so cold the tomatoes was frozen to the side of container.the sandwiches was very good. Thanks
North College Hill location is great, I always have friendly interaction with the employees and the food is great. Awesome location
My husband went in and ordered me a turkey footling pro with lettuce tomatoes green peppers onion spinach salt pepper oregano vinegar and oil when he got it home the turkey was not the pro it didn't have most of the toppings I asked for..When I pay for something it should have what I pay for..

The workers were very friendly and made your sub quickly. I enjoyed the service, but enjoy the conversation even more. The sub was fresh and delicious. If you're in the area, you should check them out.
It's a shame I can't give them zero stars. Spent over twenty dollars for three sandwiches the bread wasn't fresh at all .Hard and stale. Service was lousiey. Worst Subway I have ever been to. Do your self a favor don't go to this location.
