Disgusting establishment. Flies fly, there is a lot of dirt and dust on the windows. And to the question: "Do you have soup today?" The owner said that he does not follow the Subway rules and is not obliged to do it. If there is time, it is better to look for something else nearby.Food: 1/5

This is a good location.  Clean and the staff is professional and very very organized.  Im never in line a long time,  even during peak lunch hour. The food is always fresh. It's located on a main strip of road in north haven.  Plenty of parking.

My unknowing spouse came back with 2 "gluten free" veggie delites. Little did he know the gluten free bread only comes in 6 inches prepackaged, hence why I wanted 2 because I'd be out and occupied all day. While I'm not celiac I'm gluten sensitive and wanted to give you guys a shot. Train your staff better. You had me sick for days. It's not about fad dieting, the willfully ignorant have zero place handling food for public consumption. Won't be returning for even a salad. I'd rather eat grass.

Ordered online , half of it was wrong - driest sandwich I’ve ever had it my life. Workers are creepy go in there with a friend ladies.

**Updated Review** So I have been to a few Subways over the past few weeks and they have definitely improved their quality. Went to the one here in North Haven again and the two guys working were excellent. Super friendly and energetic. Made 4 subs for the family and they were great. Not like the last experience I had there with Jen. Definitely would return when these guys were working again!  I left my old review here because I was aggravated with the service I got from the woman Jen.  I don’t understand this place. I ordered a sub and asked for a little more shredded cheese on the sub and I get smacked with $1.20 charge. Literally a tiny bit extra. Subway has really gone downhill in the last few years. Their bread has the texture of a sponge and never tastes fresh.  With all the little mom and pop delis in this area I would choose them over Subway any day. The only reason I went here was because I had a bunch of tokens to redeem that were expiring from buying subs for other people. Definitely won’t be back to this or any Subway.

Went by for breakfast with my pregnant wife while passing through.  Disrespectful staff!!  Terrible experience!  First my pregnant wife asked to use the bathroom and was told the owner doesn’t let people use it.  Next I had the wrong order and the staff argued that’s how I ordered it.  Guess customer is always right is out the window! I will never stop at this location again and I would advise advising it at all cost!

Is, I think, a very clean Subway. But, they are often understaffed and way too slow. This is not necessarily an indictment of this location as much as it is of Subway in general, but in a fast-food world, you can't wait 20 minutes for a turkey sub to be made because you held the door for someone who then repaid your kindness by ordering 3 subs, and, they do the online orders ahead of you... It's just too much time for take-out food that really isn't that good. It's "fine," like this 3 star review.

New staff at this store never know what they are doing. Constantly getting my food wrong, and telling me no to getting my sandwich a certain way that all other staff and other locations do all the time. They even over charging me by $6 for a meal that I order all the time and when I read the receipt and informed him it was wrung up wrong he started fighting me. Thought I would give the location another try thinking it was just that worker but last night it happened again with everything being reversed to the point of getting cold/undercooked meatballs that made me sick, regardless of the other staff telling him to make sure they were heated up he over looked that.

This place is super nice and clean i think theres a guy named mark or mike there and you can tell he likes to be clean and have his stuff clean and he memorizes what you order if you frequently go there i witnessed this happen to another customer as i ordered so i thought that was generous of him. It was quick and easy they didnt mess up my order and they are way toooooo nice to work there lol if i was working at a subway id be miserable but this is what makes a difference .

We had a corporate lunch and order subs from this store. Mike was extremely helpful from the moment he called to confirm the order through the pickup. Everything was well packed and delicious! Thank you Mike!
