Been going there for a long time each week. Always a different person behind the counter, which is ok. Soda machine not working for weeks. Last time there were only 2 bread types, which would be still ok, but the sandwich tasted so weird. Done going there.
Zero stars. Never go to this location. Show up at 6:15pm and they are on break for 30 mins and won’t help customers. Also signs throughout the store saying they are out of everything from ice to bread. Location doesn’t deserve your business.
The only reason this is getting a 1 star is because I have too. Walked in and there were 2 people in front of me. While I was in line the gentleman behind the counter told a family of 4 there is another subway down the street. When I got to the counter the gal couldn’t get her glove on, threw it on the ground, cut my bread and threw the knife. She then continued to roll her eyes at every request I and other customers made. When asking for pickles she yelled and rolled her eyes at every customer saying “WE ARE OUT!!” When we got to check out another customer walked in and she rolled her eyes and said “I can’t do this” they were out of multiple items and both employees rolled there eyes and made rude comments to every customer. They should be ashamed of themselves for this behavior. I will never be returning.
Horrible bread options. Only had flat bread. Claimed the morning was busy. One employee was just sitting. Disappointed to say the least.
I went to Subway On Tuesday Night September 20 got home made my sandwich later on in the night I got food poisoning for two days I will never walk into a subway again I will be calling the health department today just people do not go to this subway anymore if you don’t want to get sick
I had ordered a sandwich online order number provided and the sandwich was not what I ordered. It was the wrong type of meat, the meat itself was cold after it being "toasted", and the tomatoes tasted rotten. I threw the sandwich away in the trash. I called the store to see how I could go about it, Jennifer "the manager" was very rude and inconsiderate. She stated that this has been an issue online with the selections of meats and that she has spoken to her supervisor about it. Okay, sounds logical. But then she proceeds to say that the previous toaster was broken and it got replaced with another broken toaster and that is why the meat was cold. That sounds like an excuse, but then again okay, equipment deficiency. Then Jennifer "the manager" proceeds to say that the tomatoes were from Tuesday and that they are good, and that it was out of her control. The tomatoes tasted rotten and were squishy, I was not about to consume that. Jennifer stated that she was not going to remake that sandwich, and if I wanted a refund that I would have to go at a time that she wanted me there and not to my best convivence. Also, she had stated that I needed to go online and cancel my order which has already been paid for and retrieved but when I tried to do any thing if such sort, I could not find how to do it. I asked her how to do it and she stated that she didn't know how and that was what other customers did. Again, this was inconsiderate as my situation should not be addressed in the same scenario as other customers. Jennifer handled my situation very rudely, and unprofessional. I do not feel like I was taking care of in any shape, way, or form. I have eaten here before and never had an issue, till today and nothing was done for me. Jennifer stated that she was already working longer than scheduled, this probably correlates to why she was frustrated and decided to backlash on a paying customer instead. At the VERY LEAST, I would like to have my sandwich remade.
I am aware of the struggles currently going on. But this location needs to get their stuff together. It's always something... Today I walk in, there's only one employee in the whole place, and he says "Sorry ma'am I need to tell you it's going to be a while." There's one person in line so I'm confused and ask how long it will be? He's says something about he's got bread in the back and it's getting squishy...? Yall, it's Saturday afternoon, get some more employees working. Also there were basically no chips available, and the open sign wasn't even on. Can yall get it together please? Geez.
Ordered online for curbside pickup at 10:55 am for a 1:30 pm pick up. When I got to the restaurant and checked in, no one came out for over 10 minutes. So, figuring they were too busy, I went inside. There was a very long line and only one young guy working the station. I let him help a few customers before asking for my ALREADY PAID online order. He says he hasn't gotten to it yet. Me having to go back to work, tell him I cant wait and have to go and need a refund. He then proceeds to help all customers in line before getting to me. Once it's "my turn" he gets his manager on the phone who is NOT in the store or anywhere to be found. The manager tells him they cannot issue a refund and that I will have to just take the food or nothing. So, I proceed to let him make my food even though I only have 30 minutes for my lunch break and I am well past that. The kid then tells me that its only his third day there and the manager hasn't been in all day. What kind of management leaves a new employee alone, all day, during a weekday lunch hour by himself?? The poor kid was overwhelmed and I felt super sorry for him but I will never go to this Subway again. Management should have been there. Very unprofessional. I will be contacting corporate. That manager should be fired.
The manager is not pleasant. They are always short staffed and one guy in particular is very rude. The sign on the door says they open at 9 on Sunday. The door was locked and the guy inside was telling me they open at 11. Try the subway further down 1488 or the one in Alden bridge. Way better service. This one is very poorly run and neither the manager nor Subway cares.
I placed an order for curbside pickup. I pulled up to the front door and the person just looked at me. I could see my order, so I finally went in & asked if that was my order, the only order sitting on the shelf, & the person said I don’t know, you’ll have to look. There weren’t any other customers in there, so she wasn’t busy helping anyone. I started getting my order and she said oh, I was going to bring that out to you, but I saw this delivery sitting on the table and I wanted to see what it is. So I got my order myself and she said we don’t have any large lids either. And started talking to her co-worker and walked off. I got my drink and left. She never even said thanks or anything. Terrible customer service!
