I could not use the men's restroom "privately" because there was NO doorknob just a hole. My girlfriend could not use the women's restroom because it was locked, and they didn't have the key!!!! My "hot" steak and cheese was COLD not exaggerating. However, the employee making my sandwich was very nice. There appears to be a LOT of homeless activity in that area. I can only imagine what he has to deal with daily at work!
Ordered uber eats for a 6 inch. Half of my ingredients where missing an it was scheduled for delivery a few hrs ahead of time. My sandwich looked sad.
Always out of beef and chicken... False advertising... Coupons are only available for certain sandwiches although the good sandwiches are on the coupon page... Tired of the bs...Food: 1/5
Not the best experience today. This store only has 3 breads to choose from. Has there been a change? There were no fresh cookies. Dr Pepper was out. Not sure if a delivery was not made to the store or mgmt was not on top of things today.
Online ordered some footlongs. Came here to know their toaster is not working. So the lady rudely tells me she can't make anymore and talks bad about the manager, to me, a customer. I asked her for refund and she said me to go to another subway or come next morning to see Marcus, the manager. I am not from here, its crazy idk what to do.
There shift change guys were fighting who was getting off and no vegetable prep. I had to get a sandwich with no onions or tomatoes with wilted lettuce. Total chaos within that location. There was a couple young men that tried to remedy but were told to clock out. If the owner wants to know why he is losing money text me and I can explain customer service to them. They had only one bread and supposedly everything else was proofing. This was at lunchtime. How are they at slow times. Never ever eat here unless it's free!!
Honestly one of the cleanest Subways I’ve been too. Great job to the manager Dru and the rest of the employees. We actually stay and eat there.
Dryest sandwich I've been served in a long time. I doordash ordered tonight and the sweet onion sauce was the reason I ordered. I don't think there were more than two drops of the sauce on the whole footlong.
I don't like Subway but my Mom wanted Subway...this location is near an open campus high school...one worker took pride in his Sandwich making skills but the lunch rush was CRAZY s l o w !
Ordered the footlong online and had the same issue as a previous order. I really should have checked reviews. I was missing a couple of ingredients and had the completely wrong bread which left everything I ordered soggy and one of the ingredients I ordered on my sandwich cost me extra. The gentleman working the line was extremely slow and the lady working the line was moving quickly but not doing much. Half of the customers besides myself looked exasperated as ingredients were either piled on slowly or missing completely. She went back a couple of times as I waited for my pre prepped order to get a gentleman the correct cheese, but berated the other gentlemen about an online order. And lastly, if you're in food prep, do everyone the courtesy of wearing a mask, especially if you need to suck back every few moments I don't know why I keep giving Subway a chance because this is the third location that has let me down severely. Your franchises are lacking in service what you pay for in promo, especially in upcoming areas.
