I've been coming to this subway and ordering just meatballs for my 1 year old daughter she doesn't eat the whole sub with bread yet since we moved to penfield in march. The last time I was there, the worker let me know that I can just pay for the meatballs instead of paying for the whole sub. I went in today to get the meatballs and the lady told me she would not only charge me for the meatballs because she owned the store and didn't have to! She told me I had to pay almost $9 for a protein bowl instead of the $4 it would be for just the meatballs. She was rude, she yelled at me and she made me pay extra. She told me she'd take the only $6 I brought and that she'd never do it again because "she's losing money". But isn't it me thats losing money for paying for more than I'm actually getting? Definitely will be calling corporate tomorrow. As I was leaving, her co-worker whispered "I'm sorry" for how she acted. Also she did all the yelling while my 1 year old was in my arms. This is the only time I've ever seen this worker and the only time I've ever had a problem. Other than that, there's never been an issue. I even told her how to get to the meatballs the worker last time told me so I could let others know
We had a really great sandwich artist. He had a difficult customer before us and handled it calmly and professionally.
I got a bunch of subway coupons mailed to me, and one was BOGO free footlongs, so I figured why not. Walked in and saw a sign that said they aren't accepting footlong coupons. The coupon wasn't set to expire for another month, and went I went to a second location they had the same sign. I asked about it and the employee said corporate decided they were losing money, so they stopped accepting the coupons they sent out. Ridiculous. Honestly felt like a bait and switch tactic since I almost hadn't noticed the sign in time, and then would've been stuck paying since they would have already made the subs. Shady business tactic, I'd go somewhere else.
Does not accept Subway coupons, out of Italian herb bread. 16 dollars for a mediocre Sub and Gatorade. I won't return.
charged me 5 times for pepperoni I payed over 20$ for one sub Changed my review cause owner was very professional and offering to resolve situation same day
Stop there today 3/31/22. 3pm the young lady was wonderful so helpful my handycap I can't walk every well. She. Brought my order to my truck.she also made our subs perfect just how we asked for them. Best customer service I have ever had at a subway . just wish I got her name.
Had to walk out of line at 1:30pm today because the solo employee was not switching out gloves in between cashing customers out. I figured I’d politely ask her to change gloves before making my food as I work in food service. She also had her long hair down and in front of her face and at one point brushed it out of her face with her gloved hand and continued making the subs she was working on. That was my walk out moment.
The sub sandwich was fantastic I enjoyed it very much very well put together and the service was excellent keep up the good work then
Normal fresh quality. Disappointed that they didn't honor a promotion that I received via email. They said it ended at noon when the email showed no such cut off time at all. Poor customer relations move there. I'll think twice before I go back.
I was into this Subway store on 1-18-22 at 6:25 p.m. there was one employee working at that time. Upon entering there was one customer ahead of us she was working on their order. As I approached the counter I was attempting to order two subs. At this time two other customers have came in behind me I asked the the young woman are you here alone she said yes. She finished my order and commence taking the next order, this young woman did a phenomenal job taking care of these customers all by herself. I felt at one point I should go behind the counter and help her. She did approximately six to eight orders at the time that I was sitting there eating this, young woman deserves a raise. This young woman's name is Madison
