This is the 3rd time I ordered on the app from this store and this is the 3rd time they screw it up. The last time my chips were missing. When I called to advise they said there was nothing they could do. Tonight’s order the sandwich was soggy, no cheese, no extra veggies as requested so I called to advise the young girl who answered because hostile and would not allow me to speak with the manager. She was extremely argumentative saying I placed the order on DoorDash and I would have to contact them for a refund. I kept telling her I did not order the sandwich on DoorDash and it was through the Subway app. I kept telling her this is multiple times that my simple order is messed up and I’m stuck paying for something I didn’t order, and I want to speak with a manager. She insisted for me to deal with DoorDash, kept telling me I was wrong, and would not allow me to speak with the manager. This is completely ridiculous. I need to speak with the store manager or owner to let them know that their staff is not completely online orders as instructed, the manager/owner should know that the employee was rude, unprofessional, and should be trained on how to handle these types of situations.
Have gone there several times in the past couple months. I would say half of the time they get my order wrong. Not toasted when the order says toasted, wrong cheese, missing veg, and once they even *just* put bacon on the sandwich instead of any of the meats the sandwich calls for. These are all online orders, so it’s all typed out and shouldn’t leave room for miscommunication. Usually I’m pretty flexible but it’s just not that complicated to warrant being consistently wrong. Won’t continue to visit this location.
Blonde female worker was outside smoking for 15 minutes. I saw her when I walked in to get my food and stood there like a bunch of others who were clearly unhappy. She didn't even bother to wash her hands - which is one of the many things the Washington Health Board is going to hear about. Not only was it 15 minutes late, but it was also made incorrectly. Who the heck sticks the sandwich in the toaster AFTER the veggies? Now there's wilted nasty lettuce. Want to know the real kicker? She wiped her gloved hands on her pants during the sandwich making process and contaminated everything. Only dine here if you want to get covid and wilted lettuce. Edit: she shorted me 2 of the 6 cookies I ordered for our family picnic. Hope she gets fired. Can't even make a sandwich or count cookies right.
pretty good, basically what I expect from a subway. ordered online and the sandwiches were ready when I got there. not sure why all the negative reviews but I'm guessing people are just more likely to leave negative reviews than positive ones.
So irritated. So. The card machine is down at this location so that means I have to go get cash... or... order online. OK FINE. Not their fault. Whatever. I ask if I can order online and still be good? Yes, ok. So I step aside out of a long line and order online. They help 5 other families ahead of me. And I have to wait for their online order system to receive our order. my online order said pickup 220. He said he gets the order 15 mins before the delivery time. And I asked them if I really had to wait even though I am HERE. AND they have my order slip. and he is like "we will get to it" hey..... thanks bud. 2 more groups and a soccer team walk in and I walk up to them and ask if I could get my sandwiches yet... even though I'm an online order - I am technically a walk in and should be served? The lady in line was like HELP HER!! lol. Goodness. Maybe a good training moment?
Ordered online and went to pick it up. They hadn’t even started making the sandwiches. They proceeded to help all walk ins first. Then, the sandwiches were made incorrectly–no mayo, or banana peppers. Dry, bland sandwiches and poor service.
Came here July 26th 2022 at 5:15pm. The woman who was helping me was Hispanic. Using to describe her because I couldn’t get her name or a receipt and two women were working atm this woman didn’t great me not even a hello.. was rude and short. I still tipped her to thinking “hey we all have bad days” didn’t even get a thank you, bye etc. had a look of annoyance on her face the entire time. I worked at subway from 18-20 years old. It doesn’t need to be fine dining to acknowledge somebody with even a simple “hi“ I can deal with prices going up, food not to par that day but rude people will make me never eat at an establishment again. Train your workers on common courtesy
We arrived 10 minutes after its posted open time, and still wasn't open. Which was frustrating as the one a few miles down the road had people in it, behind the counter at their posted open time, but doors were still locked and no one was coming to doors. Not sure why, but Subway was slacking today. We were trying to grab sandwiches on our way for a hike.
2 employees..First the girl did not have hair up in was touching the food counter. 2nd employee walked in and didn't even wash hands before trying to help us!. No thank you Subway!
I will not be going to subway again. They have shaved the meat so thin, you can see through it..All bread, as far as new xl it just the regular sandwich..
