So I have a Subway thing going on at the moment! Lol Service was fast & good. I ordered the Spicy Italian today & it was really a good sub. I hadn’t ever been here before today, I hope to return when in area again.
The subs were made with care and were delicious. The restaurant was spotless. Visiting from Miami and I can say this is the best subway sandwich I’ve had.
Wish I could give this place 0 stars. They say to put in pick up orders for quicker service, no. Every single time I been here and the lady “Sky” is “working” my order is more then 30 minutes late and incorrect because of the “stock issues”, this last time it was an hour after I put in the pick up order, and there was only 3-4 ppl in the store. She’s letting people know not to eat the chicken unless you want food poisoning, and also saying how much she can’t wait to get off the clock so she can go smoke. This person working not only has made me decide not to come back here, but I also even tried to contact managers about this, as it has happened more then once but of Course there is no answer. Also to mention our orders were incomplete I would say, since she didn’t tell us the bread was out of stock, as well as the chicken, and cookies we ordered. Multiple guests were upset with her inappropriate behavior, and even walked out. After confronting her about checking out multiple ppl and touching food, register, walking to the back etc without changing her gloves, her behavior & everything being an issue, there was no apology or consideration at all, just went to the back Of the restaurant where she was not visible anymore. The man working was very sympathetic & apologetic which was greatly appreciated, we felt very badly for him to be working there basically picking up her slack.
What is going on in this store? This Subway is poor in management and poor in customer service. Three or four times already I have ordered food it's never right and the employees look like they just woke up. Shame on me yo keep on trying. Come on Subway let's make Apopka proud.Food: 1/5
Went for a quick snack late evening - the service was slow, as there was only one employee making subs and ringing people up. He managed it well though! Also, we asked if he could please change gloves as he'd just touched ham, he kindly agreed and even offered to get a clean knife to cut our sub - that was truly appreciated! definitely will return to this location!
Girl couldn't make sandwich properly, she started putting wrong meat on sandwich. The other coworker came out and told her she was doing it wrong. They began to argue and the girl just started throwing whatever meat on sandwich. I walked out upset without ordering a thing. Bad training for employees, never seen this before at any Subway.
There was a couple of ladies ordering a bunch of subs and adding and changing the order the whole time so the 2 women working handled it very well even thought it held up the line. Kudos
I visited the store at 7:30pm on a Wednesday..I was the 8th person in line..To be so busy, the dining area was spotless..Tables were clean,floor was clean,no trash anywhere..There was two employees working very hard to keep the line moving..I watched Lorin work..He never stood still..As you were making your bread and sub choice he was restocking empty containers..Even though Lorin was moving around as soon as you made your choices he was there assembling your sub..He kept the line moving! I had a steak and cheese on wheat..In this day and time of mediocre food and mediocre service here was an employee that took the time to rearrange the cheese on my sandwich to make it appealing to the eye..Even though they clearly had been very busy and were a little behind,there was someone who cared about the job they were doing..Thank You Lorin for a caring and a job well done..
This is our local subway. This restaurant was recently remodeled and is nice and clean. Subway also has recently added some different menu options
Just wanted to let you know that the subs I ordered today where not up to standard. I have been going to your store for years and never had a complaint. Tonight was awful. Order five subs and no meat to talk about. My 5year old even asked were the meat was. When the employee making the subs said I pay for extra meat.Very disappointed. Won't be back.
