…recently visited and was shocked of the customer service that Cynthia gave. She went above and beyond and made my visit GREAT!!! She was so nice I was shocked that employees like her are still around. Thank you Cynthia for being an AWESOME human. I will definitely come back to this location just so Cynthia can wait on me!!!!

The five star rating is not for this location........ Actually this location is terrible. But tonight Chris was working and he went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. So five stars to you Chris and thank you so much for your genuine charm.

If I could give zero stars I would. Workers are always super rude and never get orders right. I've ordered online and picked up a salad that literally had no lettuce.

Worst ever drive thru never open , went today the lady that was there had on a head set but when I went to the window to see why no one was answering  when I was at the speaker she was on her  phone startled her when I blew my horn  Said drive thru was closed.  Mind you she had a headset on and there was no sign stating it  was closed  smh

Ordered on line at 8:05.  said order was processed and will be ready for pick up at 8:30.  got there at 8:27.  Store Was CLOSED. BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND WON'T GIVE IT BACK.

Horrible service, walked got asked if I was a pickup, I said no, an this lady refused for like 5 mins to take my order an threat to quit, cussing up a storm, an itched her forehead with knife whilst cussing up a storm. Im a potty mouth, but the purple  haired girl has no proffesialism, an seemed as if she was on drugs. Food was good tho, just took like 10mins to get it.

Great food but they are so short-staffed that sometimes you cannot go in, they have a sign on the door saying that it is drive-thru only. I don't want to order my sub through the drive through. When this is the case, I go somewhere else.

Absolutely horrible service. The lady was a mess and took 15-20mins to make two Italian BMTs, and when we received the order she put incorrect items on one, and put so much vinaigrette on both that we couldn’t even finish the food. I am not satisfied at all.

I have never been treated so badly in a restaraunt before from start to finish. Sad I can't go back, was always a good location.

I would have given no stars but it won’t let you. I am done going to this subway orders always wrong, then they won’t answer the phone I understand they get busy but I called for a half hour and when they would answer they hung up. Ordered a pizza sub without the sauce and it is covered in so much sauce it’s gross and chicken on it as well.
