The one lady that was working was swamped! When i finally got my sandwitches there was no one dollar bills for change. Note: the lady working was doing her very best and very nice. Its just stupid to have only one person working.
They say they close at 10. We were told they were closed for the night. Maybe you need to turn off your "open" sign to not confuse customers.
Went to have the Autumn turkey sandwich and was told that Subway had discontinued it the day before. As you can see the sign was still up. Disappointed.
The staff here were nothing short of phenomenal, Minerva I think her name was, was super nice. Unfortunately, their were some people being super rude, as well as the staff having to work around a leaky ceiling. Absolutely unacceptable for management for them to that, 5 stars for the staff, 0 for management.
The employees are very nice. They make a great sandwich here. A well-deserved titled of sandwich artist earned by all who have served us here!! They always let my son take his time while he orders his turkey sandwich haha My son is 2 years old :
Only concern is that there is always one employee by themselves everytime I get food from here. Had to wait 30 minutes from my order to be taken one time
Came in during my lunch break. Service was really slow. Only one person before me and took 10 min to pay. The guy who was preparing my sandwich did not change his gloves. Kept touching everything and touched the sandwiches like that. They were out of the bread I wanted, out of avocado and out of toilet paper. Most importantly not friendly staff
I haven't been in there too recently, but the last time that I was in there was pretty good. It was the "BOMBDIGGITY "! What they need to do is to add a little more meat to the sandwiches upon request from the customers,without charging extra for it. What they really need to do is to support the troops as well. All existing Subways should offer Military Discounts,and not 10% to 20% either. It should be at least 40% to 50% or more. Otherwise, everything else is all good. Keep up the good work Subway.
Okay every now and then but last 3 times I went I was made a half ass sandwich. Today I came in for breakfast and they didn't have any bacon at 10am, but figured I'd get a sandwich anyway. By the time I got my sandwich and got homeonly a couple blocks away my sandwich was cold and had to reheat it myself to make it nicer, and that's not the first time I've come home only to work on the sandwich a bit more to make it better. Subway can be good, but this store has no sandwich "artists" just someone to slap an okay sandwich together for you. I strongly recommend going to a different subway or somewhere else.
Have never been to a Subway that is so consistently out of items and understaffed. Because they are so disorganized, they always have a really long line as if this Subway has the best sandwich in town. The people who work there are always nice though.
