Would’ve given it -5 stars. They were “closed” by 3 pm on a weekday. This has happened MULTIPLE times. Never, ever coming back here again. There is plenty of better other Subways in area. Avoid this one at all cost!
This place is owned by the same person that owns Subway on Merced & Sunset. As they say good help is hard to find but not impossible. These workers have yet to realize the customers allow them to receive a pay check. Without customers, no business, no check. I came in 3 workers were off to the side. All 3 went into the back. Two came in from a break. Only 1 washed their hands and they proceeded to go into the back. Then eventually 1 came out and started my order. A food delivery guy came in to pick up an order. He announced he was there to pick up an order. The person behind the counter said "it's over there at pick up". Just like the driver I to was looking around to where she was referring. Eventually he found it and left. My order at this point was completed. Now another worker finally comes out the back and tallied up my order. You really get the sense that by coming in. You are disturbing or interrupting their time. I just so happen to wind up here because the location on Sunset & Merced screwed up once again. Or should I say for the fourth time.
Very nice restaurant with plenty of variety, affordable, and friendly staff. Very quick and efficient staff. Ordered a tuna sandwich and it was delicious, would definitely recommend, the only down side is that they don't have a restroom. If you get a combo you get a discount.
I was eager to eat at this place. But as the order progressed the only worker there became somewhat irritated after I requested a senior citizen discount. She said "we don't have that here" I informed her that I get a discount at every single place I go to due to my fixed income. She became argumentative and repeatedly said that not everyone has that. I'm an adult, why would I lie about something like this ?? I will no longer use this subway location due to a rude encounter. She even refused to give me a receipt after I asked for it... eventually she gave it toe upon my demands. I hope that some people pay attention to this details and don't let you get mistreated as I have. We are paying customers, not asking for free food... This employee person needs to learn some manners.
Well well... 2:35 pm we come in too get a sandwich, and the lady making our sandwich was very impatient, rude, and throwing things around! If you don’t like your job find a new one shouldn’t be rude too customers! Drowning our sandwiches with mustard! Like if we were disturbing her day at subway! Find new people too make your subway sandwiches or go else we’re!
I'll start off by saying it was my mistake for attempting to even order a salad at a subway but I wasn't feeling like bread. What I got for a "steak and cheese salad" was an unfresh half full or half eaten box that is truly embarrassing to not only Subway but embarrassing for me to eat since everyone is saying what the heck is that piece of...?! Definitely not what was presented online. Subway needs to have some real quality assurance checks at this location.
This location is closed to me. Nice staff and fresh food.
