This place is efficient!  They had a really good chicken sub on special which was very satisfying.

The need to improve their  service. Most of those people are great but most of them do mot know and very long time to complete your order. Now with those order online or app even worst. Most of the time your order is not ready and have not even started Please, those workers need help to improve your store.

I have to acknowledge this place, the service was amazing. My SO and I stopped in and ordered and the woman helping us was very patient especially when I was reminiscing about my other great experience at another location in Ohio. She just said no no that's ok.  Unfortunately because I was reminded of that experience I felt like she was a little light on the toppings I asked for. Just when I was about to get in my feelings and feel a little sad, she cut the sandwich in two and placed them in two trays without us asking. That part right there was what made the experience memorable. She was attentive and polite, ill make the 1 hour and 20 minute drive to come back for that kind of service.

I love this subway.  Always get my food made the way I want it. The staff are excellent. Only thing I'm not to crazy about is the way the subway is set up. When I'm ordering if someone needs to pass behind me to go to the bathroom I feel I'm in the way. I'm not skinny but I'm not huge  other then that I have no complaints.

Always super friendly.  They even take expired coupons and the food is great...except for some of the chips but that's probably just to my personal liking. Love rhose sides.  Bring back the calorie count for the bread please. Would love white whole grain.

Great service that is always fast and quick. I never have to worry I’ll be late getting back from my lunch break if I order from this Subway location. Always fresh and the same great taste you expect consistently from Subways!  Thanks Hagerstown Subway!  You make my day better every time I visit!

Employee was on the phone behind counter. Patiently waited. Came over, she put the call on speaker, took my order while she sat her cell phone on the white board that's supposed to be "clean" all the while still speaking to the caller & asking me what I said. Multi-tasking sure but unprofessional. Got a personal call take it in the back office. There was 1 other employee with her but helping another customer.

I got a chopped rotisserie chicken salad. It was extremely small. Barely any chicken. Then I get back to work and have no fork or knife to even eat it with. I could tell the young woman helping me was new. She didn’t know where anything was, I don’t think she had any training. I told her where the croutons were. Very disappointed.

My three young children had never been to a Subway before and were excited to spend the gift cards they received.  My children are excitable and picky; they changed their minds several times.  But, the two people staffing the store were extremely kind, patient, and helpful.  It was customer service at its best!

I will never eat there again.  I've never had a sub with barely anything on it.  If you love the sub rolls you will enjoy it.
