The 1st time I went to this location my sandwich was perfect. This time the same guy made my sandwich but it seems like he didn't want to be there. When he was making my sandwich he literally put 3 pieces of spinach on my sandwich n 3 olives. I asked for more and this where the attitude came in. I know they have to follow the ingredients but don't have attitude if I ask for more veggies. Then he only put it in the middle of my sandwich not end to end. This happen December 21, 2022 at 8:30 AM. He did not give me a receipt he literally took the receipt and throw it away. I know everyone have their days but a customer shouldn't know you are having a bad day. I will try again next hopefully it will be better.

Very poor service!!!!!! Poor hygiene observed among the staff, Most stuff are not available particularly during lunch-time. They wear the gloves to serve you yet, use the hands with the worn gloves to pick dirty stuff and items from everywhere while your food is in the toast. Worst still, I was served with no serviettes and when asked for some, they have to roll me some paper towels to use as substitute. Customer service is nothing to write home about as all workers appeared tired, over-worked and over-used all the time. I am imploring the City health authorities to carry out an emergency inspection. I don't trust this facility!!!!!!!

Placed an order last evening for delivery. Ordered two footlongs, one Italian BMT and one tuna. BMT was made as ordered however, when I opened the tuna sandwich, there was only lettuce and American cheese! No Tuna on the sandwich whatsoever! I called the subway in South Chicago Heights immediately and tried to explain the situation, but the girls in there couldn't understand what the call was about or else they just played dumb! They were laughing in the background and finally one girl told me I would be credited back $18 and it would take 24 hours. Well that certainly didn't happen! I called this morning and spoke to a woman like really could not understand at all and she just hung up on me. I called back and some guy spoke that spoke a little bit better English. He accused me of being a liar! Seriously?? He proceeded to hang up on me. Just an FYI, very careful wish to patronize this particular store! SMH

Just had the worst experience ever.I had an online order and came early to make sure it was made correctly,unlike before.The younger male with a strong accent had an attitude while I sat and waited.Then when I said thank you he ignored me and pushed my bag toward the edge of the counter.Will never come to this location again.If someone is giving you business the least you could do is fulfill their order correctly.

Don't understand how you don't accept your own coupons that are sent out in your own neighborhood. I went last week and used a coupon returned today and was told they are no longer excepting the coupon and the delivery was extremely rude! I guess I'll take my service somewhere else from now on or just make my own at home.

Wish I could give 0 stars as this has to be the worst subway in the area! The guy behind the counter is very unprofessional likes to argue and talk back to customers instead of helping resolve issues. Their quality of food is terrible and communication forget about that save yourself the headache drive to Beecher or even Crete 100 % better then the circus at South heights!

The food was good the girl who helped me was good. There was a long wait because the second employee was on her phone and not helping people in the back room which is why I have them 3 stars just for the service aspect.  When she hung up her phone after ten minutes she then started helping people which was right after I had ordered.

How about you get off your phone avani and make my sandwich how I asked! Then get mad because YOU MADE IT WRONG. GTFOH. 0 If I could.

I asked, "When was the soup changed?" My answered was that it's made fresh everyday. But how long does it sit out for? If you made it at 10am & it's now 2pm why would you serve it? So I get a sandwich made. After its made.l, he coughs without covering his mouth. Smh I can't deal with fast food period.

I've gone here hundreds of times over the last 10 years and I've never had a problem.  The staff is always polite and make my orders without any trouble.  Great service, great food!  Best subway in the area!
