Ordered a ham on italian and a spicy Italian on flatbread. Made them a meal and got a bag of Doritos and baked Lays along with two drinks. When it was delivered we found two turkey subs and no chips. Called the store multiple times and no answer. And then they took the phone off the hook. DoorDash tried calling them multiple times because DoorDash was the one that delivered it but I placed the app on the SUBWAY® app. No answer. DoorDash was nice enough to refund me even though it wasn’t a DoorDash problem. We had multiple issues with this location and definitely will not be back and will not be ordering through DoorDash anymore because it automatically goes to this store.
It is currently 7:25pm and the doors are already locked, second time trying to eat here. First time service was slow and they didn’t even know what the Bella mozza was on the menu. Go to jersey mikes nearby instead if your craving a sub! Very disappointed as I actually prefer subway, but will not return to this location. As you can see in the photo, it is empty even though the hours are until 9pm. Parking: Only a couple spots to park, but I have never seen it get packed.
If I could rate this location a DOUBLE ZERO, I certainly would. The customer service is terrible. Pam, the alleged manager, is the worst. I made an online order and came in to pick it up. The order had NOT been prepared and Pam was preparing my sandwich as I came in. As I watched her prepare the sandwich, I politely asked for a little more lettuce to be added to the sandwich. Pam immediately got an attitude and aggravated. She said to me “don’t you make an online order and come in here and start making requests. If you want your sandwich a special way, you can just come back here and prepare it yourself.” Over lettuce, lady? I then requested that she stop preparing my order and refund me immediately. Her temperament was so uncalled for and she was unapologetic about her behavior. I will be trying to contact her GM. She was the worst Subway employee I’ve ever met. DO NOT patronage this Subway nor have Pam prepare your meal. She should be in the back baking bread or prepping. Pam should NEVER interact with customers.
I thought " HAVE IT YOU WAY" is the slogan. The older white lady needs to not work in customer service nor prepare food for this company. She is very very rude and at first I thought she was just prejudice, but nooooo she talks to all races crazy. I've sent two letters to corporate on her and my coworkers have also sent complaints. 2weeks ago, I even processed an online order and still had to defend my sandwich to be made as listed on the order ticket. Same night a woman had to stop her husband from going inside to argue for he was ranting about service and his order. I guess only a video will be the best proof/receipt.
Horrible customer service. The first time, I had a coupon and when I told the guy he commented "this people", I guess because I'm Hispanic, for me is a really racist comment. He keep looking us in a really intimidating way with a horrible aptitude. The second time the same guy in the morning shift, I get 6 foot long and he just roll his eyes at me because it was a big order and complaining about it. The "lady" get mad because she didn't hear the 3 times I told her to add tomato and she complained to me I did tell her not tomato when I did tell her yes. I will never ever visit this restaurant again. Rude and Bad employees will make your company go down.
I stopped going to this location in the past due to them being short on ingredients and the toaster more often then not being out of working condition who doesn't love a toasted subway sandwichBut recently I've been back and the service has been good friendly staff all ingredients accounted for and the toaster is back working I'm a big fan of subway the sandwiches are really good and filling Parking: The parking lot is small so if they are busy finding space can be difficult
I will never go to this location again. I love subway and go all the time; but this one can’t do anything right. The 2 people working there are very slow, the man doing meat and bread was visibly mad when I ordered 3 foot longs. I ordered the turkey cali club; number 12 on the menu. When I get to the older woman doing the vegetables, she tell me that I can’t have the vegetables or sauce that I want on it, that I can take off things I don’t want, but I can’t substitute anything from the way it comes. If I want it with the vegetables that I want, it’s not a number 12, it’s a custom sandwich. So she charges me for a turkey sandwich, and adds everything I got on it separately +$3 for avocado, +$2 for cheese, +$2 or whatever bacon cost. All of which comes on the sandwich… Turned a $14 sandwich to a $21 sandwich Go to a different subway
If you’re thinking about going to Subway, avoid this one. All the employees are slow, they never have anything you want. This place sucks and thats being nice.
The food is good, service is what it is, sometimes you get someone that has an attitude and sometimes you get someone who just looks depressed , they always give you little on topping, I always have to ask for more.Food: 3/5
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY! I ordered online, they made 2 of my Subs wrong, I tried to come back to the store and they would not remake the sub correctly without bringing the entire order back. I asked to speak with the manager, and was advised there was none. The person working there was very rude. I paid for my food and never got what I ordered.
