Have stopped here a couple of times, and the service and food have been great. Usually, I like to get the Sweet Onion Teriyaki Subs, but this time, the sub was super loaded!  A little messy, sure, but that's how it is with the sweet onion teriyaki.Food: 5/5

This location is nasty, the lettuce they're serving is pink, when asked to change it for fresh lettuce the reply was no, we don't have anymore lettuce. Like seriously, quit serving paying customers old nasty food, we pay for fresh food, which pays your salary, do your effing jobs or don't work and don't get paid. Nasty workers here. They also leave half smoked dirty cig butts in their windows. The tables were sticky and dirty and the place was empty, with 3 employees.... As if they couldn't be bothered to clean and cut fresh veggies..... Pathetic!!!

I had the black forest ham. The thing that bothers me the most is the person who prepared my sandwich touch the cashier and other surfaces in between preparing my sandwich without changing gloves. There were only 3 vegetables available and they were not fresh or well maintained. The toaster oven was not hot enough, my cheese did not melt all the way through. I didn't see a manager while I was there. I will not be back.

Ordered a pickup order with two sandwiches, 3 cookies, some chips and 2 drinks..not complicated. My sandwiche was supposed to untoasted, and have onions and cucumbers, right there plain as day on the receipt. Tell me why it was toasted, has one slice of cheese, no vegetables and some garlic sauce instead of what I ordered. To top it off, one of my three cookies, the raspberry one is not there. How do you mess up so badly?! We were like the only order there. And I have been on hold for an hour waiting to get this rectified to no avail. I'm pregnant, starving and just wanted my sandwich the way I ordered it..not a great experience at all!!

I asked the person Ken making sub to change his gloves as he had touched beef I am allergic to it. His response was, "out, I am not taking your order." I tried to explain him that I am allergic to stuff but his only response was - out, I will call the cops. I just couldn't understand where all this came from.Food: 1/5

Ive been to this location twice. The first timwthw food was good. One of the older guys there talks way too much instead of keeping people moving. Hes creepy, makes awkward conversations. Second time food wasnt that great. Same guy working. Wont be going here again.

Been coming to this subway pretty regularly over the past few months. Recently I have ran into one of their workers [don't know his name just that he has an eyebrow piercing] and after dealing with him twice I can safely say I will not return to this location, he is rude has a poor attitude and acts like every request is just so annoying to him. The woman there was very friendly but this guy has a bad attitude for no reason and presents a poor representation of your store. Plenty of other options near by to spend money.  Update 10-01-2023 Decided to give this place another chance. The rude employee no longer works there and the new manager, I think her name was Pauline was sp pleasent and nice. She had positive attitude was quick with making the food and it tasted great. Now this is a place worth stopping into. GREAT JOB!

Absolutely horrible disappointment. The two guys working there it was like it was the first day. My “wrap” looked like a kindergarten project. See picture below. Also, the trash was overflowing onto the ground.

I ordered a buffalo chicken sub. My favorite! Employee wasn't paying attention when I asked for black pepper and dumped a whole bunch of salt on my sandwich. I didn't have time to wait for him to remake it so I took it. Then I ordered a drink because I saw they had unsweet iced tea but it was filled with very gross smelling liquid so I only got a cup of ice since I don't drink soda. Won't be back!
