I went at 9:30pm and I wanted to order. There was this guy there and he was very rude and said that he was alone and could not get my order done. He did not let me order anything and he made me step out and locked the door immediately. On calling him he kept ignoring… I eat out at subway often and this was my worst experience. He should be taken immediate action of.

*DO NOT EAT HERE* I just visited this location last night 5/3/24 about 20 minutes before they are scheduled to close. As soon as I entered the store the young man turned off the lights inside the store. He didn’t greet me even after I greeted him and asked him how he was doing? I proceeded to tell him what sandwich I wanted and how I wanted it made. I could barely see bc I’m already half blind and once again he decided to turn off the lights when I entered the restaurant Im sure so no one else would enter the restaurant. I decided not to get the sub for a couple reasons 1 according to the young man the restaurant was out of cucumbers I was getting a veggie sandwich I really wanted cucumbers 2 from the time I walked into the restaurant his energy was just awful. He didn’t say anything rude he actually didn’t say anything at all he just turned off the store lights. I know at the end of your shift you are feeling antsy and ready to go home but until you are off the clock you are getting paid to do a job… so do it!!! The Subway on Old Kings Rd you can walk in that store 5 minutes before they are scheduled to close and you will still be greeted, and treated with respect and a smile. When I told the young man okay nvm I don’t want the sandwich he told me I still have to sell this sandwich  well you better get to selling buddy. This store needs a lot of customer service etiquette. *DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

This store was clean love the staff there the manager always helping me with my online order because I don't know how to use app I recommend going here don't see why they always talking about this store but I love it here but everyone have there own opinions but I'm keep going hereFood: 5/5

Older guy not friendly at all. Saw they now have Cinnabon churros kids and i got 3 they tasted horrible. Told guy. No sorry no can i makes you new ones . No refund, just ill tell mgr. I wont be going back EverFood: 1/5

This establishment deserves ZERO stars. The “supervisor” was an absolute train wreck & her manager was no help either. Neither would give me their first name, obviously because they knew they were doing wrong. Both seemed ignorant & clueless to how business works!!!Service: 1/5

Subway itself was as expected, always enjoyable and delicious. The young lady working today, 1/12/24 approximately noon however, made my visit less than desirable. I will NOT return to this location. She never greeted me and had the attitude I was disturbing her, very unsettling. I did eat my sub in the store and noticed I wasn’t special, she treated the 3 people that entered, while I was there equally as bad as myself. Just my input if you want to keep this location running you need to replace this young lady.

Don’t order online or through the app. Go into the store. Otherwise, they’ll give you a super skinny sub and I’m on no diet.Food: 1/5

I just wanna point out that this is one of the cleanest subways we have ever been to. When we pulled up Sarah had been deep cleaning the whole store smelled extremely well she was out cleaning the windows and it looks absolutely phenomenal in here. Thank you Subway off the beach Boulevard we appreciate you so much for keeping things sanitized and Sarah thank you for making our experience the best we have ever had you are absolutely amazing.

Store front was clean, when you walk in it smells heavily like cleaning products. The lady who made my sandwich wouldn’t talk to me at all, I told her what I wanted and she was just very serious and looked kind of mad. As she was making my sandwich she coughed and used her hand to cover her mouth and then right after she continued to make my sub without changing her gloves. That was gross! I ate the sub regardless but needless to say I won’t be back to this location ever. Left very disappointed!

When I went in there were two ladies infront of me and only one guy working, who was obviously very new. I waited about 10 minutes for him to get done with one customer and the elderly lady infont of me was asking if he could try to go a little faster once she started ordering because she had been waiting for almost 30 minutes at that point. He said he was new and alone and didn't really know what he was doing which i can understand but then he freaked out and said he was closing the store which it's about 3:00 in the afternoon? and told me and the two other people to get out and then started screaming 'get the f out, i'm calling the cops if you don't leave, im quitting' and things of that nature. And the lady asked if he could finish her sandwich since it was half made and he told her he was going to call the cops on her. This place needs to train their employees better and not leave people all by themsleves to run the store when they can't even figure out how to ring up a side.
