Older guy with receiting hair line completely messed up both of my sandwiches. Seems like other people have had the same issue. Waste of money and time.Food: 1/5

Gentlemen working with the receding hairline was very rude, doesn’t speak, just nods. And he rolled a flatbread up like a wrap, then when we said that’s not how you do it, he got an attitude and rolled his eyes at us. People in front were getting upset too.Food: 1/5

Worst customer service EVER! Called to place an order. Phone rang so many times it disconnected. Called back. "Mgr" answered phone. Said I'd like to place an order. Hold on she says. Ihear her ringing someone at the register. Comes back and says she has customers, place your order on the app. First, I don't have the app. Second, don't want the app. And last time I checked, I AM a customer. Sherry is the manager. Sandy the franchise owner. Businesses want to stay in business but no one wants to work and customer service is a thing of the past. I will NEVER buy at this franchise again!! 2665 W 8th St

I do enjoy going to Subway it is the second on my list for places to go to get a good sub, the subs are good and so far all the employees have been very helpful employee and polite. But sometimes I get the feeling that everything is very measured out very standard and very fast food, I am older so I prefer the experience of being able to have less things metered, though it is put together for you individually it isn't quite the same as the old sub shops that we used to have. But it is good and the bread is baked daily if not more often so that is a treat in itself.

Across the street from the colony shops this subway location is a nice stop. Parking easy in easy out. Staff very friendly. Place is clean. Booths are nice and the window makes them feel cozy. Recommend this location just be careful pulling out at certain times of the day
