The Hispanic lady making the sandwiches didn’t want to change her glove! She kept rubbing her ear and nose with the gloves. Each time she rubbed her nose I asked her to change the gloves. She just stared at me blankly! So gross!Food: 3/5

Last time I came to this location I had a bad experience making not want to go back but things took a turn this time it’s seems like there was only one employee but she was on break. she still help me with no bother I made an online order when I arrive so I was able to still ask how I want it she was very patient and understanding of my needs despite that many people where coming she kept it professional still fast paced but didn’t lose quality of customer service and it was very organized and well kept thank you for the service Aiba  Dietary restrictions: Very understanding and accommodating

This was a Tuna Sub. Barely any tuna was placed onto this Sandwich and look how soggy it is. The sandwich was so soggy that the bread was breaking apart. I literally had to scrape off the veggies and add my own tuna to the sandwhich to try and save the bread at least. I also ordered banana peperers and there was barely any of that on the sandwich as well. And now 6 hours later, my stomach is upset. I never ever leave reviews, but this is the worst sandwich Ive had at a Subway in my life. Management, the person that made this was working on 10/28/23 at 1030am if u want to figure out who made this mess.

Black guy with dreads closed the store 15 min earlier than scheduled. Refused to open the door for me, even though I was on time. Stared at him through the window while waving. Looks like he suddenly and unfortunately became blind sighted. Let’s hope Jesus heals him soon enough.

This is sad to say but i love subway a lot but this location is terrible. The employees here are very unprofessional at this establishment. When you walk in you find most of the store dirty not to mention at times yo can see employees just standing having conversations while you wait for them to finish to order. This location also have homeless people walking in all the time disturbing customers and trying to steal drinks from vending machine this is a huge problem consistently. Please get drink cooler bottom panel fixed it’s hanging looks terrible.

I placed an online order and when I get there the girl tells me oh your online order was cancelled. Since it got cancelled I decided to place my order again. What angers me is that if my order was canceled then how come I didnt get my money back. I got charged twice. NO fair subway. I will never order at this retarded subway joint again.  Btw the screenshot is proof of how greedy and stupid subway can be.

Front door is broken so you can’t get in without help from an employee. Inside the place smelled so utterly disgusting, like a septic tank exploded, it smelled so much like feces it’s scary. The kind of smell that your nose can’t adjust to. I almost walked out but was in a rush and needed food quick. Employees were cursing and gossiping loudly like I’m not standing there letting them know what ingredients go on the sandwich. Felt like I was watching reality tv. Food was alright, stale bread and gmo vegetables that taste like they can never expire. Typical subway. Def not returning here lol

Terrible customer service, they do not respect the waiting line for service, they give priority to friends in customer service! I would never return to this place! The lack of education and professionalism is noticeable when entering the premises, empty in the middle of the lunch rush hour! 12:15 PM Keep this in mind when visiting 561 NE 81 ST unit 119, Miami FL. 33138, You can see for yourself!!
