Ordered The Boss foot long. I watched him put meatballs with marinara and mozzarella on it. He asked if I wanted any vegetables. I said no, what about the pepperoni? He said I didn’t ask for it. I said The Boss comes with pepperoni look at the picture up there. Two foot longs with nothing else, except bad service for $31 including tax. No thanks.

Out of tomatoes and olives. What sandwich place runs out of tomatoes? My veggie sandwich was pretty thin and boring. Melted cheese was all on one side, etc, totally not worth the money. Plus if you want a cheese sandwich you have to pay for double cheese if you want to notice it. Oh and they don't have cheddar?? Won't go to this location again.

A new person working here just gave me quite possibly the skimpiest, portioned sandwich I've ever had. I asked for onions and the guy gave me 4 half pieces of onion and that was reflective of the whole order in totality. 16 bucks for an appetizer. Go to a different branch cause this is a joke. I don't expect a massive sandwich, but I don't expect to be hungry after a footlong, either. Not gonna lie, kinda pissed me off.

Got a 6” super thin sub.  The bread was old or something that made it hard to get a bite off.  What I can say with certainty is that was not worth $12 no daily specials available here for a mediocre at best feather light tiny sandwich.  Value is no longer there, and this will likely be my last visit to any subway. Panera prices and size without the quality.

Generally, the sandwiches the past three times have been put together great. It was a little low on the professionalism side of service but still very good. The location has lots of moving traffic, so to step out of that for a reprieve with a good sandwich.Food: 5/5

Never! Never! Never! Order from here! Placed an order for contactless delivery - DoorDash Fake delivered the food. Took a picture of delivery, but took the food! Contacted both DoorDash and Subway Store directly. Door Dash told me to contact Subway and that they requested a refund. Subway said it’s on Subway to refund, but I paid o. The Subway app. I’m so disappointed that either were unwilling to help.  Order from the store on Bronson Way. Better quality food and service.

Came by here for a quick pickup at lunch. Got a footlong sweet onion chicken teriyaki. No less than an hour after eating my sub, I felt sick to my stomach. There was also some weird foreign agent in the sandwich. Either a large seed or something. Overall, not eating from here again.Food: 1/5

I agree with other reviews, avoid ordering from here either in person or through app. Worker didn't even put cheese on our subs ordered through app portions were off, and my sub ended up being nothing but chicken and sauce lol. Our sub was supposed to be toasted and it ended up being straight up cold, like a cold cut combo; at this point avoid leaving a tip because why leave a tip if i cant even get my sandwich made at least SOMEWHAT correctly. What a joke, figured I'd order through app for rewards/promo but I would rather spend full price at the subway in fairwood or fred meyer.

I ordered a sandwich through the subway website and not only did they send the gig through a third party DoorDash they got my order wrong. When I discovered it was wrong I tried to call to get it fixed for 20 minutes before I had to drive out to the store to try to fix the problem. When I got there they had complicated systems in place that prevented me from getting a full refund. Since it went third party the store didn’t get the full payment and since I didn’t go through DoorDash I had no recourse with them The manager and I spoke for 20 mins before he agreed to a partial refund and a replacement sandwich I just wanted my money at this point. I will not ever go back to this subway. Lastly, I have family who have worked food industry for 20 years so I go even further out of my way to be kind to the workers on their behalf and all the over taxes workers. This is the first bad review I’ve ever left and it is because of the convulsed systems and refusal of management to just refund me as asked.

I had a very bad experience the lady who said she is the manager delgy was not nice to me when i ordered the teriyaki chicken 6 inch after one bite it tasted like it had soap in it. She did not want to change my order or give my money back.. anyways  when i told her i only had a bite then she said i need to pay 1.50 more to get the meatball one. Then she changed it. The meatball did not taste like it had soap  in it. Do not try the chicken taryake
