Literally the worst sub I’ve ever had. I almost threw up don’t know what was wrong with the cheese but it looked gross and I should haven known better. I promise I will NEVER eat at another subway againFood: 1/5

The tables hadn’t been cleaned when I went in. I don’t know if the people working there were new, or if they had no idea what they were doing. They were stingy with the toppings, and I had to explain to them several times what the sandwich was supposed to have on it. The veggies appeared old. I recommend the other Subways nearby, like the one on Chicago Ave.

I came in to pick up an online order. I stood and waited for 3 minutes for the cashier to acknowledge me. Then I had to greet her and tell her the name of the person that I was picking up for. She rudely said,  we're working on it. I politely said ok I was just letting you know. In order words, why didn't you acknowledge me when I was standing almost right next to you. When the next person came in she quickly asked him about his online order. She also proceeded to do a tug of war with the order. She didn't understand that I had to receive the order before I press pickup

Ordered 3 sandwiches with 1 meal through subway app. A door dash driver came without the meal part. I only thought the bottle of sprite was missing, but the cookies are missing as well. I only told the driver the sprite was missing and he said this was all they gave him. He told me he was going to come back with the drink. He came within 15 min with a stressed face and said they had a big argument with him and didn’t want to agree to complete the order. I barely noticed we didn’t get the cookies either. The $3.59 meal isn’t a big deal, but they didn’t have to make it such a big deal with driver and the sprite. The sandwiches weren’t even cut like we suggested.

Family enjoyed our sandwiches my customer service women was good.

Only getting 1 star because I can't give a 0! I asked the guy working there to wash his hands & he gave me an attitude. I don't care that you wear gloves. He washed his hands but didn't help me. The female worker started to help me but I left because they didn't have the cheese I wanted.  I went to another location  & service was just as bad 5-15-19

I’ve been visiting this Subway for a year because of the convenience of it living just a few minutes walking distance. I will no longer be visiting this establishment. Employees are good and do their best, but are sometimes visibly sick. Horrible management as well!

Subway is normally our favorite instead of fast food.  We stopped for our grandson to get a kids subway meal.  We ask the cashier to substitute the drink and give him a small sprite because our grandson can ONLY drink Lactaid. We order it like this ALL THE TIME AT ANY OTHER SUBWAY, never had an issue. The cashier says they can't do that and says he has to charge for the Sprite.  Ok, I ask for the receipt, take the bag and as I'm walking out I noticed he charged me for the milk in the combo and the Sprite.  So, I turn around and tell him if you're going to still charge me for the milk or juice, GIVE ME THE MILK... THAT'S STEALING FROM ME. $7.32 I was charged for a kids meal...and no kids drink??? I asked for the drink I was charged for and gave it tho the homeless man sitting outside, why not, I PAID FOR IT!! Being a manager for over 25 years I can't believe how being courteous is out the window. I told this young man I was calling management and he could care less. He said, GO AHEAD!" Needless to say, we wont be returning! Terrible!

Hi my job is moving to market so sometimes i dont have time to sit n eat. I have been eating subways sandwiches last 8 years from london to America but today experience was horrible  because your staff was laughing at customer n over cooked bread.  I was driving n try to eat but i cant eat due to overcooked. When i called to tell they suppose to appolosed but they said they busy. I waste my money to this store. I will never go there.
