Probably the worst Subway sandwich I’ve ever had. First off went in before 11 AM. They didn’t have breakfast available anymore so I opted for a sandwich.  Got the American club sandwich 6 inch on the wheat , once i bit into it and realized the bread was totally at least a day old. It was stale and hard.   Of course I didn’t realize until I was on the freeway so I didn’t go back.  Also,  Employees were too busy joking with each other, and laughing instead of diverting their attention to their customers. I also recommend they wear facemask. If you’re going to be joking and talking while handling our food, please wear a mask, we don’t need to eat their spit.  I expected better from Subway.

Came in on warm summer day, the guys working wiping their foreheads from sweat, continuing to work. Meanwhile, there are flies flying around the meats and condiments and landing on the bread as the sammiches are being prepped. Once seeing this I promptly walked out without ordering. Do better Subway! At least turn on the AC in summer

Rushed all the way over here to try to get a quick sandwich and I guess they closed early tonight. Not a big deal, I get it New Years Day. The issue for me were the two guys inside working who thought it was a great idea to laugh at me and mock me. I understand that I missed the cut off time but to add insult to injury like that was quite unnecessary. If they do that to a customers face, I wonder what kind of people these are to have them around my food. I won't be back to this Subway, may not be an issue for most but it was enough of one for me to never come back.

We just received our first pick up order. The woman that serviced us was very friendly and followed our online instructions. They worked fast and our order was ready in about 15 mins for 4 sandwiches.  Very happy with this subway!

F&$k up service, you can’t eat at dinning after 8pm even when they close at 9pm you can not get drinks from the fountain either you are forced to buy beverages including water. I ask what was the reason for not letting me eat my sandwich at the dinning area and they told me -“it is close we already clean the area. Blocked with chairs and trash cans A homeless just walked to the soda dispenser and filled his bottle with no problem, but a customer paying for consumption can not get drink from soda dispenser….. Service with attitude and arrogance, definitely not coming back The sandwich was wrapped as if the guy was reading my mind and obviously not  napkins what’s the point of having a sitting area for the customers? What a non sense place.

This used to be a good shop but in the last couple of months it has gone downhill quickly. I usually go maybe twice a month in the evening. The staff has changed and now there is one guy there that will not work to assist you very well. He always seems put out. Example: when they run low on soup, he'll tell you there isn't enough. That's fine but they are supposed to offer to make more. I've been there 3 times when he's told a customer they are out, they'll ask if he can make more. He acts annoyed and says it'll take too long or he doesn't offer at all. Only once have I seen a customer push him since the we're buying it for an elderly woman.  And it took nowhere near as long as he indicated it would. Today, he tried this with me. Occasionally I try to call ahead of time for the soup but I'll be darned if anyone answers the phone in that store! I don't plan on coming here anymore.

Normally i eat at subway frequently because i work as a driver and today i went to this location because i was close to and i got there waited to take my order i place the order and hehe it was time to pay the manager very rude said to me over here we don't take coupons and i said i go to others and never had an issue and he said i don't care buy here we don't and i won't so i say to him okay you can keep your sub and he said it's okay i will eat it. He was totally rude and very unapproachable.

My sandwich had a plastic piece from a tag or like one of the plastic hook thingies it was embedded in my bread, just disgusting, it must've baked with the bread. Immediately the manager said to replace it but I wanted my money back however I just let them accept the challenge to try again. I didn't bite the plastic but I mean hopefully I dont get sick from any toxins it may have left behind. A gentleman behind me actually had a sandwich replacement and the manager couldn't and wouldn't replace his sandwich without a receipt. Even thought the manager had his receipt and was informed the customer called. With more than enough evidence that it in fact was the mans sandwich replacement the manager still insisted on rules! Which dont get me wrong but that line exploded and they just couldn't get it together poor customer service which needs to be improved by managing staff. Eventhough they did replace the sandwich it was a tasty sandwich bread was delicious and didn't seem to have any particles of plastic which was my fear. Get it together enough said.

This store don't accept Subway coupons. There nothing posted at the door entrance only a the cash register. The print out with coupons at the register. I should have left those sandwiches and gone to my regular Subway store near my home. I have visited this store in the pass,  almost every weekend but now I will visit my local Store.
