Went here yesterday for a quick sub and asked for a simple modification and was told they don’t do that. Also didn’t give me the correct cookie flavor I asked for. The man making my sandwich was un inviting and couldn’t be bothered to service me. Don’t spend your money at this location.

This use to be my go to subway. At one time items were fresh and you can actually chew the bread but now if they want to take care of their friends and make you wait the women took my sandwich threw it in the toaster oven and toasted and toasted till I said something about it. Then she says when I'm done with her I'll make you a new one. Her friend chimes in oh it's good that way yeah right, only if you like charcoal . I will never be back. The owner needs to re-evaluate who he hires. I don't recommend this Subway there are quite a few negative reviews on this women for all good reasons.

We came in wanting to order some subs and left with the same desire we came in with. The woman working was very rude to us and wouldn’t let us order. She said we would have to wait 10 minutes because she was busy doing something in the back. We weren’t able to wait that long because we had to catch the train. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t you want to make your store money and not turn customers away?

I haven't been to Subway in ages,  and yes, their sandwiches ate better than before. Or maybe this is just a good subway.  The prices did go up too. So it's not a cheap lunch. At $17 I might do Capriotti's. But it was tasty.

Says it’s open until 11, walked in a bit past 10 and were asked to leave because they were no longer serving and just doing pickup. All meat,cheese, and toppings were still out. Lunch time, they are quick and efficient just need to be true to their hours and friendlier about turning people away.

This past week I experienced very poor service in the morning. The man creating my sandwich did a poor job and forgot to use gloves. When I mentioned he didn’t use gloves he seemed to use less meat and ingredients on the sandwich. I go by this subway many nights and get great service so I’m not sure why this one was not great but I hope he improves in the future. The guy with the cubs hat is always great.

Don't ever go there! The employees are so rude. I submitted a mobile order through them. One of the sandwiches was not how I requested. The employee told me she would make it this time,but next time she will not remake it. When my husband and I told her to just refund the whole order, her and the other employee called the manager who was extremely helpful. They then proceeded to speak another language. That's when i told them that it's rude and offensive to do that in front of people who speak English especially in this type of situation. They are rude as hell!!!!
