Genuinely the best Subway experience I've ever had. The women behind the counter were very friendly and personal, and deserve a raise pronto. The sub itself was also very delicious. The woman who made it gave me very healthy servings of meat and cheese, compared to other locations that will give you just a couple slices. This has become my #1 subway of choice, and I will be coming back frequently.
Please, I hope manager see this review. I ordered footlong with baked, but she did like 5 sec I did not know that and I added lettuces tomatoes ...etc. However, she just gave me really a little bit and 3 slices on footlong...? I asked her to add more and more, but she just gave me 1 more slice and a little bit lettuces........... ha.... dont want to visit again... 8/30/2022 1:00pm. the staffs need to be trained.... she and manager never listen and know what customer wants...
Absolutely disgusting. Completely unsanitary and horrendous cross-contamination of food in those bins. My son needed a quick sub and requested this but I refuse to ever step foot in ANY Subway ever again. To make it more interesting, the girl only person there took die we to come out of the back room a s barely could get any words out - it was not a language barrier, I truly feel she was not completely in-tune for lack of better words to anything around her. True, I should have walked out, that was on me. Sub-Zero stars for a review - this place is just gross. There were two subs, what appeared to be unfinished, sitting on the ledge. Sheetz is cheaper and cleaner than Subway.
Got there and there was no line but took 10 min to start my order. I order my food in the most friendly way possible and had my order screwed up. Footlong was burnt. Barely put 3 topping of each that I wanted and barely put any sauce even after asking for extra. I was not satisfied at all. Rather had gone to a different subway even if it meant a longer drive...
I would give zero stars if I could. I can not believe how rude & unprofessional that the staff was towards a man with special needs, or the aid that was with him. How dare they make fun of & make faces to each other, over this man and how he was acting and the fact the man wanted just a blank gift card, because he collected them per his aid. I hope Subway doesn't allow to their employees to treat all their customers this way, no matter what disability, look, gender, religion, etc. I'm disgusted by their actions & will be happy to go to another Subway in the future. As a mother of a special needs son, I'm appalled by their actions, unprofessional and rude behavior
It blows my mind tht not a single Subway in Frederick knows how to wrap a wrap!. Woman just rolls the wrap...doesnt tuck the ends..and then tells me she cant close it because there are too many items. Umm...i got a veggie wrap with barely even half of what comes on it and you can close it??? It's your job to know how‍ i quit Frederick Subways...just weird
Ordered on line 45 minutes out. Didnt end up receiving the BOGO deal and was charged full price. Get there, she's sitting at the table talking to a friend. No food was made. Both subs while standing there had to be remade because simple directions weren't followed. Zero out of 5. Will drive across town next time.
Woman taking my order hardly knew the subs mentioned. I had to tell her what goes on menu items. Secondly they put the sandwiches in the wrong labeled wrappers. Then I get home to find a lovely long strand of black hair in one of the sandwiches. Absolutely unacceptable. No hair nets were being used just hats. If you're going to work for a subway, learn your own menu, and put some damm hair nets on. From now on we're going to a different location.
To begin with, I would like to establish that I am a huge fan of Subway Restaurants in general. In the Frederick area, I am especially fond of the Myersville and Middletown locations because I have always received exceptional service from the staff there. That being said, I am extremely disappointed with the Thomas Johnson Drive location. Every employee there seems to hate their lives and it is VERY evident that they do not care about their jobs. I typically walk in and watch as an employee sees me and proceeds to take his or her sweet time to get behind the counter and ask what I want. They rarely even speak, actually, but rather look at me pointedly until I understand they are waiting on me to say something. This may also have something to do with a certain difficulty with English they all seem to have, because I've had trouble communicating my order with them on a number of occasions. I believe the training process for this location is also extremely lacking because, when I ask questions not directly related to the ingredients of the sandwich itself ex: advance preparation for large orders, paying over the phone, etc., they stare at me blankly at a loss for what to do. The sandwiches themselves are made very sloppily, sometimes with so much sauce added that it is almost inedible. In summation, I believe Subway Restaurants has dropped the ball on the hiring process for this particular location. I strongly encourage anyone in the Frederick area to go out of their way to find another location nearby, if necessary, because they will be unsatisfied if they choose this location.
had the rudest worker i’ve ever encountered. walked in and she was sitting at a table while one man was running the store. she finally got up to help, asked for turkey and bacon, didn’t put bacon on the sandwich and tried to charge for it. the food isn’t fresh and they barely toasted.
