The only really I give this location a 4 on service is because we stood there for about 5 minutes while the workers did what they were doing. This is fine because I could tell they were making an online order but at least say, hey I'll be right with you.Food: 5/5
Disappointed at best. Waited ten mins for service until the sheriff deputy in the lobby said to ring the nondescript bell on the counter hidden behind the cookie sign. Employee was pleasant enough. Ordered footling flatbread egg and Turkey. Total came to 13$! Overall, disappointed for the lack of meat on the sandwich and higher price than a fully stacked lunch sub. None of the tv monitors were on so I had no idea price until food already made. Very disappointed. Also rewards kiosk didn’t work so I couldn’t even get my rewards. Won’t likely return to this location.
Says they open at 8am but I'm here and have to be to work and still they are not open. But when they did open the young lady was kind and helpful that was working she Apologized for opening late due to the fact that the manager never showed and she was working alone. But again she was very sweet. Subway give this girl a raise or promotion! You need workers like this young lady!

Almost every table in the restaurant was dirty and the teenage girls that were working there were in the back goofing off not worried about the lobby being clean. Clearly poor management as seems to be the case with many subway locations I visited recently. The business has gone downhill for sure.
I visit this JH store on a daily basis and I have to say the employees in the convivence store are awesome. With that said the manager in the Subway is very rude. I ordered a wrap online and when I arrived to pick up they did not have my order. Instead of trying to help she only wanted to blame me explaining all the things I could have done incorrect. I have ordered from this location before and always seems to be issues with receiving the correct items. As for the store I will continue to visit but will drive further for a Subway.

We ordered food at around 7pm, the people that were in the subway when we walked in were obviously high. Not only were out sandwiches all mixed upwrong breed and ingredients but as my girlfriend was eating her HAM sandwich she bit into a bone and hurt her tooth. Absolutely disappointed with this subway and this isn't the only subway I've had problems with and not the first time I've had a problem with this subway. If you wanna be high at work then actually do your job right.
